Visiting Arunachala Hill, Sri Ramana Maharshi ashram and spending time in Thiruvannamalai.
This is a very special place for me, it was one of the main reasons why I came back to India.
I visited Arunachala in 2019 for the first time, and since then I felt a strong calling to come back.
And Here I AM.
But WHO AM I?
This is the question that Ramana Maharashi invite people to ask themselves, to find liberation.
This is a very powerful place, with a very strong spiritual energy.
But at the same time it’s also place full of contradictions.
I hope you appreciate this video. Especially if you have been here before, it might bring back memories.

This brought tears to my eyes, as I am right now in Tiruvannamalai, staying just across Ramanashram. Thanks for sharing this beautiful vlog in silence, honoring the essence of this sacred place. Gabi, you understand spirituality in all its elements as is evident from your Rishikesh, Gangotri and now this video. Ramana Maharishis last words before he died were "Have you fed the Peacock?". Maharishi was an embodiment of conscious continuity which you must have experienced at the ashram and the hills. India is vibrant with spiritual energy. Stay blessed. Om Namoh Shivay.

This place is great for spiritual seekers. Ramana teaching was to search « who am I? » . Nice energy there, you can spend the all day in ashram, meditating or listening to chants and pujas. It is not a tourist place but a spiritual place

Only in Bharat, we are taught that the purpose of life is enlightenment, this is one of the first things we learn, and then we spend a lifetime seeking enlightenment, or rather is seeking it, we become enlightened. I watched this beautifully created video three times, because it has been created so well, perhaps just as Maharishi would have wanted it to be. He lives on in spirit.

You goal is to experience it, not to know it intellectually. Without experience, all are just empty words and letters. Meditation and brething technics are the tools for that🙏♥️🙏♥️

Mokṣa is not something to obtain, a goal limited in time and space; Mokṣa is here and now, we all just have to experience Prasiddhānubhava, the intuitive experience that Ātman is Brahman. Meditation cannot give you Mokṣa; if Mokṣa was a result of meditation, the fruit of an action(mental action), that wold be subject to time, and that wold means Mokṣa is not eternal, because is limited in time... Mokṣa is our non-dual absolute nature! I am in bound; i meditate and i acquire a new state of freedom.. this wold means that Mokṣa has a begin and for sure it will have an end... this is not wat the Śruti says, and this is not logical. Meditation is meant to purify the mind and prepare it for the ultimate truth as stated in the Śastra. If we are in bondage because of ignorance, only knowledge can make realize Mokṣa, and Knowledge is not an action. There are an entire Siddhānta who teach us how we can realize trough Jñānamarga; with action - either ritual or conoscitive - we cannot free us from the world of action.

Surprisingly its gathered one of the lowest views as of when i am writing this comment... 6.5k views in 6days... People are interested in so much materialistic world that they dont care about the soul and finding peace in nature... we are all children of nature.. and we all deserve eqaul respect... When people are gonna ask why there is so much animal on the roads of India i always comment that "thats how it is supposed to be, because we came way later than the animals, we are invading their land, their territory least we can do is to respect them as we respect every human being"... Yes some animals in metro cities unfortunately forced to eat gurbage but real india lives in those less crowded places where every species is well cared for by the people.. thank you gabi to remind me again how greatful i am to be born in this spiritual land... hari om.. ❤️

There is another swami called Sarvapriyananda on RU-vid. He belongs to the same school of path (Nonduality, Who am I) Vedanta. His videos helped me a lot. Just thought of sharing incase you find it useful. I never visited this place, hope to visit one day.

This is Arunachala hills, in Tamil Nadu state. The place where Ramana Maharishi lived. Ramana Maharishi was an enlightened master, a man who died and came back from the dead. Jesus may or may not be real, Ramana Maharishi death and coming back to life happened in the recent past.

6 years ago my best friend took his life. You remind me so much of him. He was so kind and so gentle like you yiu. You even look very similar ❤️. We talked about traveling the world..i know he would have loved to ride a motorcycle across india. Please continue doing what you do. Traveling is different for a woman, but you inspire me to travel to India. I hope to go to Rishikesh in 2 years for my advanced yoga training. I know my friend will be with me in spirit 🙏🏻
