I just wanted to add here, that in the beginning of the practice, the enemas might be painful to do... the aged urine might feel like "burning" inside of the intestines... but that's ok, nothing to worry, for it is not doing any harm. Urine, fresh or aged, can never do harm. What happens is that it is pulling out toxins that are laying deep within the tissues of the body and that can feel very painful sometimes... it's like undergoing microsurgery, but it is all done by your own body with the extra help/ boost from the urine. ALSO: the urine IS the body, we shall not forget that, they are one and the same. Urine makes up the body. Plasma is the very foundation of life ~or our physical structure. Our cells originated from that plasma and plasma/urine is full of new cells, stem cells, that keep reproducing in it. It is our own DNA. So, urine IS THE BODY. What I want to say with that is that whenever you put urine inside of your body and it starts working, it is actually your own body acting, cleansing, healing, doing all the work... because there is no difference... the only difference between urine and your body is that when you let the urine "age" outside of your body, it goes through a FAST, since it is no longer receiving any "food" or foreign matter, so it has the chance to purify itself and perfect itself.. become more powerful in its existence, therefor it will work much more efficiently in everything it does.... it will support the body in the best way that is needed at any specific moment, depending on the case, so when you do the enemas, the urine starts doing that microsurgery in order to heal your gut. The burning sensation is the same when you put a strong disinfectant on an open would. You feel it because your intestinal walls are irritated and inflamed, due to the presence of toxins, old waste, parasites, etc... so, the aged urine will extract all of that and heal those tissues at the same time... repair... but it may feel painful in the beginning. Don't worry, just continue, for it will hurt less and less over time. And you can dilute the aged urine with fresh urine or even with water if the pain is too much to take. When I started with the aged urine enemas, I had to take very little and dilute it with fresh urine or not so old urine (like a day or two old), because it hurt so bad!!! But the pain only lasts for one or two minutes, then it vanishes and you actually feel like an anaesthetic effect, very soothing, also it is so successful at extracting the waste, that you feel so liberated afterwards!! Another discomfort you might experience is when all that old acid waste starts coming out, it may irritate your anus... the skin around your anus can feel very painful and in that case, placing a cottonwool soaked in aged urine is the best! It hurts like hell in the first 20 seconds or 1 min. but then it's soothing and truly the best to help those tissues heal... just be patient during that period of time that your body needs to flush out the toxic acid waste... that will continue to irritate your skin, but it eventually comes to an end and you feel awesome! It's all worth the struggle.

@@kathleenkahl 15 min. is fine. I hold it for as long as I can, until my body needs urgently to evacuate. Then I repeat.

To answer some questions, the frequent urine enemas do not cause any harm or atrophy of the muscles, on the contrary, urine STRENGTHENS the musculature, as it removes all the waste in the tissues and thus allows more connectivity between all cells, making the muscle tissue stronger, more flexible and perfectly functional. Elimination takes place much more efficiently. I've had the opportunity to check this, as I stopped doing the enemas for some days and my elimination was perfectly normal, better than ever! And I wasn't very active, like doing any kind of sports or much movement on those days. I don't know how long term water enemas are, because I only practice urine enemas, but I have my reservations in believing enemas cause any harm or atrophy of the intestinal muscles. It's the intake of food, that we need to watch out for. Unnatural food causes weakness, because it brings toxic waste into the body and residues start running through our bloodstream, ending into the cells... then they have to get rid of it, placing it outside, which creates this build up formation of foreign matter between the tissues and that weakens the fabric of our body... These toxic waste blockages inhibit the natural flow of energy and that's what reduces the strength in the muscles. But I wouldn't do water enemas, especially not with tap water, only distilled water if I need to dilute the aged urine and I don't have enough fresh urine to do so at that moment. Urine is so much better than water. I find water can also cause harm if taken in too large amounts... but food is the major root cause of all problems, in my opinion. Unnatural stuff, processed, dead (cooked) foods... we should avoid all of it in the first place... and even natural foods, like fresh fruits and veggies, in my opinion and from my experience, should be consumed moderately. I am now totally sure - due to my own experiences - that our bodies don't want anything... my body clearly shows me that it wants to be CLEAN, empty/free of all foreign matter and energies that don't belong to the body. It is a temple for my soul and it needs to be completely empty to host only the divine energy of my soul. That's when I experience HEAVEN ON EARTH!! My life and whole reality shifts when I reach that state of inner cleanliness, total purification of my body/temple... it is amazing... PURE MAGIC HAPPENS!!! WE ARE THAT MAGIC!! WE ARE CREATORS!! Our full potential is hidden or tamed down by our consumerism of foreign matter. Now is the time to stop that. These are times of BIG AWAKENING, when we face the truth, discover our real selves, claim our power back... shine again in our full splendour of Creators and stop being slaves, numbed down, degraded versions of our true divine selves!! CLEANLINESS IS THE KEY TO OUR LIBERATION CLEANLINESS IS NEXT TO GODLINESS

Urine therapy is the highest knowledge and most important practice, because it awakens us to the truth about ourselves and also about the world, all of creation, because all is one and connected to ourselves. There is no separation. When you fully awaken, you realise these things... you come in touch with the highest truth. Urine therapy, especially practicing the urine fasts shows us so clearly what is going on in our world, within and without. It reveals us our true identity, our divine essence, and allows us to consciously experience our true power (again), to (re)connect with our potential ~ of total self sufficiency and perfect inner vision, divine wisdom... to the point that we can no longer be deceived by anything or anyone. That's what the wannabe masters of this world don't want us to discover, because it frees us from their false indoctrinations, which is their system of slavery and control.

@just another human I totally get what you say... I only came to the highest realisations after several short urine fasts, cleansing my body gradually that way and then finally managing to go past all the detox (reaching a total cleanse, thorough purification of my body) and continued fasting for a bit longer... a total of 14 days. On the 14. day I entered this amazing state of total awareness. It was so much energy that I had to stop the fast, because I was not ready to live at such high frequency yet. For each person will be a different timing, but the state experienced at the end and also towards the end is the same, because as the body gets purer and purer, the frequency rises and in those higher frequencies we meet... the state is the same... the knowledge or wisdom acquired is the same... it's like we take different roady but they all lead to the same one destination... the direction is the same, only the starting point is different, due to the different ways each one has contaminated their bodies... different types of toxins and also different amounts... but with the urine therapy it doesn't matter where the starting point is... the journey is 100% safe and success is guaranteed... one reaches eventually the golden point of perfect equilibrium, cosmic centre, divine source... which is a total (conscious) connection with one's true essence, "God", Divinity... however one prefers to call it... LOVE... the highest frequency and that is real absolute health. It is ultimate peace, bliss, happiness, beauty, youth and beyond... immortality, infinite potential... there are truly no limits... total freedom of creation! That golden middle point or divine centre/ Source is the same in everyone and everything... at our core we are that, divine cosmic energy, one soul, one same frequency and there lies all the wisdom, all the TRUTH. Past, present and future, all become one and the inner vision is so clear. No more deception. No more lies. It's marvellous! I am trying to find a word, but there are truly no words to it justice. How can one describe an encounter with "God" or what people mean when referring to "God", that energy of creation, the "LOGOS"... highest TRUTH. It's something that cannot be put in words or transmitted through writing/ telling... one has to experience it oneself in order to really know what this means. But I can assure you from personal experience (and having compared / shared testimonies with other people who arrived at that same "state"), that urine therapy (a urine fast) is the golden ticket to reach enlightenment... it's the shortcut. Ultimate health is enlightenment. Because it is a direct consequence of a totally clean body and that automatically also means enlightenment, because total clarity is that... it unfolds one's maximum potential... due to maximum energy flow. Urine therapy (a urine fast) is the best method to clear out all the blockages in the way, allowing a better energy flow, letting more of that light of the spirit (divine essence) to pass through, casting all the shadows away and like that it reveals one's true nature.. it permits it to take over and become clear, show itself. It's simply that and SO amazing when it occurs and you can witness it directly in your own being!! It's up to each one to put it to the test to really see this truth. And I mean by that doing a urine fast with a full protocol, total dedication, like what I did during those 14 days: drinking every drop of my fresh urine and rubbing my body for 2 to 4 hours (minimum of 1 hour per day, but most days I was doing it for 3 hours, some days up to 4 hours) each day with aged urine and doing several enemas per day, really flushing my intestines almost non stop. How would one collect the urine of a baby?

@@bobbiellison4315 One idea is to catch the urine in a cloth or compress and then drain it from it. You can do it by making the baby wear a diaper made of organic cotton tissue or even placing organic cottonwool pads on his genitals, any type of natural cloth. Then simply keep a constant eye on when the baby starts to pee.. let the organic tissue soak up and collect all the urine and then squeeze it to drain the liquid out. But you can also give the baby your own urine or anyone else's urine, because all urine is healing, regardless of which body produces it. Even animal urine is used to practice the urine therapy and with great efficacy. In Ayurvedic medicine people often drink camel and cow urine. But of course human urine is the best, most compatible for humans, one's same species. ✨💝🥃💫

I have been drinking maybe 150 ml of mid stream for 2 years before I even knew there was another term for for it. Heard about it 20 years ago and did some experimentation but didn't do it consistently until a few years ago.

I love the hammock technique. This past summer, I would rock back in forth in mine, for hours sometimes, and would chant Om Mani Padme Hum on each swing at least 108 times. Needless to say, I felt the healing and transformation. I am also a religious trauma survivor, but didn't realize the hammock helps this.
