Hearing self care to show our kids how to take care of themselves too and helping remain calm in harder situations really takes the parent-guilt out of self care. Thank you!

Aw thank you so much for all of this support , so many relatable feelings it's such a comfort to normalise these, like a hug ❤ knowledge is power and understanding our children's psychology is like a weight off my shoulder. I find it a game changer when the children always know in advance what will be happening.
