It's getting better Jonny!It's really improving! Most of the Pinoys add "PO" when asking. Its a sign of respect. We usually used most of the time. Especially when she or he is older than you. Nasaan "po" ang banyo? Gusto ko "po" kumain. Kain "po" tayo Salamat "po" Po is interjected in any sentence to make it respectful when talking to someone older

You may not realize it, Chloe, but saying "My adobo is better than _______" is a very Filipino trait. Haha.

When Chloe tried the Lumpia, it kinda felt like a test for us (filipinos) if she liked it. I know that she's not a filipino but after watching a lot of your vlogs, I don't care if she's not filipina but she's a damn good cook. So I hope she wasn't disappointed with how the Lumpia was made. By the way, your tagalog is progressing really fast and don't be too hard on yourself Jon, notice how the lady wasn't even having a hard time understanding you. You're doing fantastic.

That’s what makes Filipino adobo the national dish. Almost everyone can make it, but nobody will dare say that “ your adobo is better than my adobo” or “ your grandma’s adobo is better than my grandma’s adobo” because its all about your preference. I think that’s what separates Filipino food with Italian food where they are very strict with the taste and quality of the ingredients of a certain dish.
