Cool and fun house! It appears they wanted to make child hood amazing for their kids. The living area wasn’t all that large but there was plenty of room in the basement. Those bathrooms were nice. So often it seems as if so much is wasted. There’s quite a few angles everywhere, even in the huge pool. I’m sure there were lots of good times there but I think the kids had it the best. The coolest was the train set that went along the shelf. Thanks for sharing Ethan. Take care of yourself, be well, and stay safe!

Josh winery is local to me. Which means it’s not cheap for Canadians. It’s a decent wine here in California. $10-$80/bottle. It’s fun to go on a day trip through all of the wineries here in NorCal.
Hi Ethan WOW!!! What a cool exploration. I have to say that basement with the hockey ring to play hockey in was spectacular. Also that other room behind that was cool too. Just when you think you have seen everything you find a urinal in the house. I’ve been watching yours and a lot of your friends videos and never seen a urinal in a mansion. Probably never see that again. These people really catered to their kids. The outside pirate ship was awesomely Cool. The pool and all the neat stuff in the basement. When you first walked in it didn’t look that big. This mansion was quite an eye opener. Too bad they are going to demolish it. What a waste. I can’t believe they set off dynamite charges in there and most likely did target practice in there as well. Thanks Ethan for sharing this unusual cool and different mansion with us. It was a really nice home, and it definitely looks like alot of fun times were enjoyed there! I think the modern bath fixtures and finishes were beautiful. Cool adventure!😎🤟✌️

That is a pretty cool house, it would definitely keep the kids busy. The agency that used this for practice sure did a number on the upstairs. I like watching your video's. I am not trying to be negative, but I think this is one of the few video's I have seen, that you were not turning around so fast that I couldn't really keep track of the layout of the house. Lol
I’m sure it used to be a very nice house. It makes me ill that states, towns, etc do NOT change the laws & restrict people from building “mansions” that are then left to rot. Looks like the kids had a nice play area but still - we have a homelessness epidemic around the world & mansions left to rot.

Nice house! Unique basement. It is not mansion. The outdoor bench, close to the swimming pool, gives off a negative vibe. I won't be surprised if there is something wrong beneathed it. The stairs takes you to the basement in the middle of the living area are really annoying. Felt obstruction. There maybe was a domestic violence, or they have a problematic child, or an aggressive child. Also it look like or maybe they have their children home schooled. That room were the wall damage and the door lock damaged was occupied by a male teenager whom I think was home schooled and most likely was not a normal child. Overall, it is unique and nice house. They were financially in good status.
I grew up with 2 brothers...married 2 men (not at the same time lol)...and raised 2 sons. I'd have LOVED having a urinal in the bathroom! The toilet seat would always be down!

Since we're correcting people, your very first sentence should say that you wish people would learn how to "speak", not talk. Also, I don't really think it really matters how people say the year, twenty thirteen is much easier to say.
