With some of these translations I'm starting to realize that Laotian Wikipedia may be suffering from the same issue that Amharic Wikipedia did, that no one's moderating it so people are just writing anything and everything, which is then compounded by the crap translation. All the Buddha references is one thing (I'm guessing they have a LOT of names for the Buddha so a lot of words could translate to Buddha), but the guy at 9:19 is CLEARLY self-promoting (or the article was written by an absolute brown-noser).

This content is lovely. You should definitely try to do the same but with a chain of translations, like English-German-Norwegian-Thai-French-etc, and then back to English. Works wonders.

I am Thai, and my language is extremely close to Laos. I cannot comprehend what kind of sentences can be translated in such way😂 cuz Google Translate works just fine with Thai. I think it's maybe because someone messed up with tho se wikipedia pages and no mods ever bother to correct, or maybe because Google Translate works poorly with Laos.
