Some must try places at Mysore: 1) Mahalakshmi Sweets - Mysore Pak 2) Guru Sweets- Mysore Pak, Pumpkin Halwa 3) Dasprakash Hotel - Haalubaai (How could you miss this?) 4) A walk around Karanji and Kukkarahalli Lakes not to mention Linganbuddhi Lake (How did you miss this?) Take a stroll with your husband, the next time you are in Mysore. You never feel the Mysore heat at these places. 5) Rail Museum and Jaganmohan Palace 6) Andhra Meals - Amazing at RRR-Next to Woodlands Theatre. 7) The amazing 300+ parks across the city. Especially, the ones at Gokulam, where you find people practicing Yoga. Yoga is another of Mysore's attractions. Belgaum and Dharwad are the greenest cities in Karnataka. Mysore is a close second though. People give places like Chunchankatte, Balamuri Falls, Natural History Museum and Iggalur lake a miss as well. Malgudi Cafe is the best with its wide array of cakes and biscuits.
I love your explaining foods. I am a foodie from heart and also have seen food blogs of many bloggers. But your style of explaining is the best of all and also your expression while explaining food 😍.. just love 💗
My mouth was watering at every dish u had!! 😋 My heart filled up seeing my city, our food...❤️ Its a simple, beautiful city, very much pocket-friendly, best suited for a retired, laid-back life... You go to any corner of the city, it hardly takes 20-25 mins! We win cleanest city awards almost every year! Honestly speaking, Guru Sweets is overhyped... its iconic, so lot of bloggers and vloggers have visited it...but, You get a better mysore pak at Bombay Tiffanis, Mysore or any other Nandini diary outlets!! You are right, you can never get tired of dosas at Bangalore/Mysore! Every outlet is an expert at it :) I'm soo glad GTR made the cut!! Yes, their chutney is still awesome even after soo many years, but you missed their special mangalore bhajjis!! There are lot lot more special food items from mysore... I wish you had tried our simple chats like churmuri (our version of bhel puri) , mallige idly too!! Next time, please try Karnataka's another special dish, Maddur Vada... :) Soo happy to see a nicely done video... Thank u!! ❤️❤️
Being A Mysurian & Visited all these places regularly it was pleasant to see the plates of delicious foods 😋 . You made me to visit again to have 😁 Thanks & Video was superb & informative ✌️ Liked the way you tasted & enjoyed 😊 Lots of Love from Mysuru ❤️
I like 2nd dosa.... compared to 1st and 2nd shop is the original... am a foodie... i love to explore new places and signature foods... this is my home town.. I usually go there in evening... post that I visit chamundi temple by 7 or 8...
Mishthan Bhandars in Rajasthan, Tiffin Rooms / stores in Karnataka, upahar gruh in Maharashtra, Dhabas in Punjab, Banndii in Andhra pradesh . #IncredibleIndia
Life outside mumbai is soo simple simple people and food and definitely pocket friendly. Nice to see this video. Would want to visit mysore for a change
I am so hungry for a good Dosa which I would have to make myself probably tomorrow, loved your food critic comments and your calm but informative reactions to each food items you tried 😘👌👍
Nice video Mam. Loved the food, Palace & other nice things shown in the video. Mylari Dosa was a new attraction for me in this video. I am Happy u tried Mysore Pak since it is the main desert of Mysore. Loved all the places shown in the video, but in the end u showed Malgudi Cafe i was expecting more things but its ok what u showed. Thank u Shweta Mam for this video. Loved Mysore Food.
I just love your vlogs, vlogging style & everything. I probably sound a bit silly but I wish you could vlog more than once a week. But the going thing is your vlogs are not very short
Ha ha ... About half way through the video I just got the feeling that you must be tired of dosas... but you countered my thoughts at 13:25... nice videos, great stuff, wish you all the best on your trips and hope to see many more videos... wishes from Bangalore

Excellent coverage of good locations.Although few things I'm not able to understand, the tour of her room, was something that I'm not able to relate to, & why does she keeps looking UP,when taking a bite....kind of bit strange
Mysore got lot of great places to Visit. this should like Disney city of south. GRS fantasy park is amazing. Mysore Needs more marketing. So it can be renowned place like Orlando in Florida.
Mylari was good a few years ago. Now the taste and texture has become commercial. I visit them every year and have stopped after 2019... A legend is now lost ...
Shweta that expression on your face with 1st bite of Mysore pak was same as 1st bite of Murugan(hope I am getting name right) Idli, it's like sold too good and I am going to have it for sure. The Open Dosa I think I have not seen anywhere in South India except Mysore and yes that crispiness compared to thickness puts lots in tipsy but a worth item each penny. Mysore folks love Tupa(ghee) and butter a lot so expect it. Look for Marwadi outlets for chats else just junk idea of chats just enjoy Dosas and Idlis. Excellent coverage.
@@SugarSpiceNiceIndia yeah I could literally see that. I watched video while traveling in mid of traffic empty stomach. Mere toh aisa ho gaya ki bukh uncontrollable ho gaye 🤭
I think southern India is much more peaceful than the hustle and bustle of North India. And even the South Indian cuisine is far more in harmony with Mother Nature.
Thanks gal...I saw ur vdo few mons back...& wen to mysore on 30th dec...then saw it again for mysore pak...& went to the same store thanks to u...auto wala was telling me that other shop was original...lol I knew he was lieying lol
Another "sumptuous" vlog ! I actually felt that you were very stressed out for the initial part of the vlog & you finally mentioned it at 12:42 when freshness was again visible on your face !
Nice video but u missed visiting the famous Chamundeshwari temple n big nandi statue in Mysore...!! Also there are beautiful n famous nearby places Ranganatittu bird sanctuary ...few iconic temples ..balamuri falls...famous KRS dam our pride n n lil ahead u go to coorg..coorg is the scotland of India ..do check out !! N u should hv checked out for famous mysore silk saree n sandalwood !! Fun fact : In south Indian household decisions are made whether red chutney or green chutney :-D

Oh I wanted you to visit The Barge and Jalpaan restaurant, anyways much awaited video, I loved it ❤️ And I guess you also missed out the palace lighting at night. Your expression for every bite was everything, totally justified the food 😋 and the first Mylari that's the Vinayak Mylar, that's the original one. Thanks for visiting, hope it was a memorable one ❤️
I guess Malgudi cafe was place to have lots more items, like carrot cake, and variety of coffee(but u were interested in tea). Please also cover the nearby places like coorg, and shriranga- patna(the military hotel is good for meats of goats, if you like non-veg)
