In this workshop, we will explore the intersectionality between LGBTQ and Ethnic Studies. We will define intersectionality and explore key terms and ideas related to this topic. Attendees will engage in self-reflection and consider ways to support individuals at the intersection of LGBTQ and ethnic identities. We will also examine scenarios related to this intersectionality and provide opportunities for attendee participation and discussion.
