Increasing Post Secondary Options for Young Adults with Intellectual Disability

This session will cover the development of Project SPARTANS, a postsecondary education program for students with ID/D at San Jose State University. Our presentation will discuss the benefits these programs have for young adults with ID/D as well as for the universities that offer these programs. We will also cover what program offerings traditionally look like from enrollment, courses of study, and integrated job placements.
