I finally made it back to Little Sahara after almost 10 years! It definitely didn't disappoint and the weather was spectacular! We had 3 epic days of riding and saw tons of sport quads throughout the weekend! I was blown away by the new performance of the Raptor and the YFZ has definitely exceeded my expectations. Big thanks to everyone who helped make this trip a success!

Great content Pete your the best sports quad RU-vidr ever keep up the great work. Also if you don’t mind answering what’s done to chads new trx I saw it had an hmf pipe but it didn’t seem anywhere near as power as his 520 thanks ahead of time.

@@unclejoe9569 I honestly don’t know what’s all been done to the machine. I’m pretty sure it’s stock bore but he said he was pretty happy with its overall power. He loved how it handled. Next time I’m by that machine I’ll see if I can have him explain what’s done to it 👍

My favorite part about Pete is he don’t care about brands he just loves quads...this man is what the whole community should be like, it don’t matter what brand it is, if you got a badass quad you have a badass quad end of story

I made the trip back in 2004 with a friend from New Jersey. It took 24 hours to get there. I had my new 2003 KFX 400. And my friend rode my 98 warrior. The trip was well worth it. I left behind my racer plate 81-T when I raced in Pennsylvania. I was doing alot of wheelies and my grab bar hit and ripped my plate off. Great times at Little Sahara Oklahoma, a great place to make memories and ride. A true place for freedom riding

If you can get your hands on a FMF 4.1 rct exhaust for your 450 I highly recommend it, I’ve got one on mine with the power bomb header and a vortex Ecu it’s insane, completely changes the bike

@@Godaboveall24_7 Depending on where your coming from the cities you pass through might have rentals, usually around 250 a day from what I’ve seen. Sadly Glamis itself does not have quad rentals or I’d have everyone I know out there.

One thing about that raptor is it never runs out of motor. It pulls hard every gear. Good all around quad

Im 50 and have not rode since the late 80s. Just watching your videos and Dirt Obsexxion convinced me into buying a raptor 350. I wanted to ride before I cant do so in the future. I have degenrative retina disease and will probably be unable to ride or drive within 10 yeas. The little raptor will suit my needs. Did not want to go out and get a 700 with my slower reactions but maybe in a year or so get a new one. Thank for the motiviation.

I was there Wednesday and Thursday of this week. First time in the sand anywhere. One of the best times of my life . Thursday was very windy but the sand was very smooth . I drove 12 hours by myself to get there, can't wait till I can go back.

Raptor was definitely shooting some serious rooster tails! Wouldn't wanna be behind ya either! Lol it was hilarious when you got on your 450 and laughed at the power compared to the Raptor lol we could tell from how you were pinning the throttle lol but your review of the two definitely prove to me that the 450s handle way better! Interesting! I laughed again but agreed 100 percent when Brewer got on your Raptor and you was like oouuu look at the Raptor! Pretty! Lollol She is! She is! Lol sounding good too! Oh and I know you mentioned the throttle is tight on his 400, does he have a fcr carb on it? Drone footage was sick!!🔥🔥 And ooo snap!! You left the best for last! Drag racing! I would highly suggest replacing the titanium valves with stainless steel ones in your YFZ

@@05cateye96 the titanium valves are a two piece design that over time start to separate and will come apart and drop a valve into the cylinder. So switching to a set of stainless steel valves is a better option, they are a one piece design and also are cheaper than a set of titanium valves, they overall have a long life span than the titanium valves
