These is an explosive push up drill I do to increase my punching speed and power while building a powerful chest. Add it to any workout routine.
Workout:
Halfway up push ups - 20 explosive reps
Halfway down push ups exploding off the ground - 20 reps
Full standard push ups - 10 reps
Do as many times as you like or add to the beginning or end of another workout.
