Supercell is owned by Tencent, so there's literally no way to expect to solve this kind of problem. Tencent has a legit greedy and not just applied to Supercell but several other companies as well.

I never knew that Supercell is doing something extremely stupid. I know that supercell has done some dumb decisions when it comes to expensive offers but that is just criminal and they should be embarrassed for their actions

Every part of this is so wrong. People keep saying to me I must be happy to see other creators in the same situation as me, not at all. I hate that SC would bully anybody like this, it's never okay. I even left a 1 star review. The mental health damage this does, I don't think anybody outside the space can understand. Know that your friends are not just here to support you, but also to talk to.

Yo, @EricOneHive! I wanted to let you know that Brawl Stars is going through the same thing. A RU-vidr named Row4ex just got a strike on almost every video for speaking out about the issues with the game, the cheating and going on, and how Supercell isn't doing anything about it. They silenced him too, being one of the only ones that spoke out about the game's issue. Whether or not you want to cover it is up to you, being risky and all, but I feel like it is important to let people know that this issue is spiking in other games too. Any CC going against any game is being taken down.

I am the Vic that used to mod your channel, and the reason I unmodded myself and left was because of the pure disgusting behavior of Fluxxy, Aarri, and the other pros that also mod your channel. They are beyond horrible people irl, and so it does not surprise me this name is being the one treating Max as so. I also find it ridiculous youtube is honoring these strikes, as that would mean they could ban pretty much any creator ever that has posted any video game content. It's disgusting.

This is very messed up! and guess what.... it happened to me! not on a clash of clans video, but a squad busters short. they copyrighted the video and said it contained "brawl stars" which was false, brawl stars' wasn't even in the video at all! I went on to ask them, and they said they took it down because I was leaking footage that wasn't public. The clip was showing an unreleased troop in squad busters, but they lied because the clip of the troop (ice wizard) that I used in my video, was on the app store in a squad busters article. Absolutely RIDICULOUS.

After reaching th14 and leaving years ago, Eric's channel was the only bridge between me and CoC, but i guess once the bridge is broken, all there'll be left is a farewell to coc

Honestly Supercell has been going to the shitter for years now, last time I actually enjoyed one of their games was probably 2022

I initially unsubbed from Eric because I thought he was a kiss-ass, but this is definitely a respectable statement from him. Supercell, over the last couple of years, has become more greedy and less caring to the repercussions of their balancing decisions and overall ideas. All in all, I'm not pleased, and now that there is evidence of corruption and deviousness to the degree of terminating the livlihoods of smaller content creators and threatening larger content creators, as well as "fixing" their own tournaments, that's IMMEDIATE grounds for people to then terminate their financial support of the game entirely. Supercell is owned by Tencent Holdings, which is a CHINESE company. It's known to be corrupt in some significant capacity, and now that Supercell appears to be using tactics in order to silence any kind of criticism, that would signify a communist-like approach to maintaining profits. It's ABSOLUTELY disgusting and should NOT be tolerated. I've already left my review and don't buy gold passes, so now everyone else must follow suit to make an impact. Eric's channel is likely in danger because of this statement, but don't back down.

14:35 Supercell has already been removing bad reviews for weeks!! The most noticeable is their newest game, Squad Busters. It went from 2.4 stars to over 4.2. CR and Brawlstars also went up in their average stars Edit: As someone stated, playstore or appstore isn't their platform. I initially thought Supercell is behind it, but I am not sure now. This is absolutely disgusting. I will protest this in any manner I can, and if there is any aid I can provide I will grant it. As a note Eric is the most qualified caster at supercell events, and is a large reason why professional players don’t have to mute the broadcast. Furthermore misuse of copyright claims is legally disturbing. I’d also say that this can be construed as blackmail to threaten a content creators livelihood if they do not agree with there opinion.

It is completely insane that this is even happening. I remember watching Adam (Time2Clash) deal with the harassment and hostile targeting by the Supercell clash of clans team. Someone who had such a positive impact on the community and helped grow the esports clash of clans scene from the very beginning, completely taken down by Supercell... This entire issue with the Clash of Clans team just outright banning its content creators it doesn't agree with had got to stop. It will kill the community.

After watching the video, I would like to say that I am deeply disappointed in the actions of Supercell if everything Eric has said is to be true. First, starting with the ban of Time2Clash, it is frustrating to see a company of this scale go down and basically eradicate a person's channel off of RU-vid without any apparent reason. Also, the fact that they went extensive enough to even attack his discord server and take that down as well is just insane. Second, it is just straight up wrong how supercell is harming the incomes of content creators for criticizing aspects of the game that they are personally not a fan of (things such as ores or activity in the clash community). We have to remember that a lot of income people make from games like clash of clans come from the content creator codes. This is the equivalent of your boss firing you because you criticized something that you were not a fan of from the company. Lastly, the fact that fluxxy is a tier 3 content creator using his ties with supercell employees is such a joke. How he has a higher tier than Erikuh but a third of the following just blatantly shows favoritism as Eric has said. Also, the possibility that fluxxy used his connections with supercell to throw away a teammate from VM Legacy is just a disgusting act in it of itself. I have been watching Eric for over five years now and will support him through this. He has always been a major component in the community and wanted the best for everyone. Proof of this is that he doesn't even want other content creators to step up and voice their criticism on the matter as well, since he knows supercell will most likely harm their income. If there is no type of reform or improvement of management at supercell, I will quit clash of clans. Been playing for years and spent hundreds of USD, but it's slowly becoming apparent that the company is taking a turn for the worst in my opinion.

Eric I am almost positive that Supercell has absolutely no legal right to DMCA anything that is transformative. Fair use isn't nullified because they don't like the content being produced. Very disappointing to see this by supercell

My quick opinions on the main points: Claiming videos for having footage of the game is beyond scummy behavior. This is the type of stuff we clown on Nintendo for doing with modded gameplay or the like, and yet this is even worse. Idk who at supercell thought (allegedly) targeting you was a good idea. Ignoring the fact it is morally f’d up, of course they are gonna get caught they’re not even hiding it. I feel so bad for Max. Those set of screenshots are absolutely insane. Not even willing to say why they removed him, what kinda 🤡💩 is that. IF there was a serious problem that Max has committed, why would they not mention it. Something is not right about this situation, either supercell is actively hiding some scummy information or they are targeting someone just because they can. And the bans are absolute nonsense, which is no longer a surprise coming from supercell, and it sucks I have to say that. Of course this is assuming all of this is true. After watching Asmongold’s reaction I agree that more concrete evidence is necessary

This is a huge reason why I stopped streaming clash of clans on twitch and have since left the game entirely. Supercell has gotten corrupt and I want nothing to do with a game who cares more about money than their own content creators and players that keep this game alive. I wasted 11 years on this game and I regret every single minute I have put into this game.

I watched your last stream live Eric, and read all those conversations in CCN server too. This is completely unacceptable. SC should not have involved themselves into this matter at all, like which team is removing or recruiting which player into their teams should be irrelevant to them apart from that very wierd rule which you showed in your stream too. And even if they wanted to do something, solving the issue would be highly appreciating. But nope, those clowns need to be removed who are doing these things to creators. Adam, Erikuh and you as well. I really hope Itzu, Judo Carry and other important community members raise this issue to its fullest. I stand with you Eric, even though I'm a nobody but i stand with you. I was very frustrated when they didn't pick you for casting Qualifiers of this month because you raised few issues which needed to be addressed but instead of solving them, they are messing everything up. No transparancy, just shear cowardness from SC. I hope SC CEO reacts to this and take good and relevant steps to stop all this and punish the clowns.

I agree with the ores demand and supercell makes players to purchase ores, gems and it irritates me and I am struggling to max my equipment in f2p way but couldn't... remember that coc used to release skins with some theme for two months or more so that we can get two themed skins from GP or a year later through gems... But now they are giving new themes every month, which includes scenarios too....

This is exactly why you were suspended. You don’t know the whole story, but find a way to get emotionally involved. A lot of what you are saying isn’t wrong, but it’s only half of the truth. If you were just careful with your emotions, and tried to figure out the truth, you wouldn’t be in this situation. You’ve single handedly confused and irritated an entire community. To be clear, questionable things happened. You were right to bring attention to them. But you did it in all the wrong ways. Do better.
