I was wondering since he's decided to collaborate with Iman and started selling a program, has your opinion on him at all changed? And if so could you maybe elaborate on it a bit?
What he means is you need to start doing outreach to gather this data. Say you do 1000 dials, you’ll be able to determine which % of those dials turn into a permission to pitch, then pitch, conversation, close etc. After that you can identify where your bottleneck is. For example, if only 10% of your dials become an opportunity to pitch, you can use this data to determine that you need to fix your ability to get past the gatekeeper. Hope this helps
