Barret is definetely waaaaaay faster but on that occasion it was a straight run for barret where as mounga had to step and dance with the defence a bit
NZ commentary a blessing to my ears lol listening to foxtel Australian commentary is a joke lol Also so happy for Reiko and cant wait to see Akira out there in the black jersey :) All Blacks and Blues All Day !!!
Hard bro... bloody rod kafer and Phil Kearns! To imitate them, just talk and pinch your nose. I'm always surprised when they say a word with 3 syllables!
I don’t like Ian foster I’m a chiefs fan so it’s not like I’ve got a biast but if someone’s the break out player of the year last year then you don’t even give them a chance to reclaim there spot that’s personal
They make rugby union a spectacle by being so athletic. Their opponents will never give up because the only way to have a chance of beating them is to keep up the competition. New faces in the all blacks, still the effectiveness.
This was a wonderful performance by the All Blacks but at the same time the Wallabies were very poor and ended up with their biggest ever losing margin to their Bledisloe rivals. There was an issue that revealed itself again in this game that hasn't been mentioned much - that is the apparent influence the local broadcaster can have on the game by repeatedly showing incidents of foul play by the away team and not doing it if a player from the home team commits an offence. The Jordie Barrett yellow card incident was shown repeatedly on the big screen and caused the home fans in the crowd to howl with outrage, thus forcing the officials to act on it. They settled on a yellow card after having already sin binned Filipo Daugunu for taking out Caleb Clarke in the air. Towards the end of the game Harry Wilson hit Sam Cane late with a shoulder - which also had direct contact to the face with force - something which is considered by World Rugby to be a red card offence as there were no mitigating circumstances. This incident appeared once on the TV feed and then suddenly disappeared never to be seen again. Neither of the officials seemed to see it and so the Wallaby #8 seems to have gotten away with a red card offence (he also hasn't been cited for it as far as I'm aware). You can guarantee that if Sam Cane had hit Harry Wilson late like this that the local broadcaster would have gone about repeatedly showing the incident on the big screen in an attempt to force the referees to deal with it. A few minutes from the end they ended up having to deal with an incident involving Shannon Frizzell who was yellow carded for contact to the head with his arm on Jordan Petaia, despite the fact he had no chance to drop his tackle height as Petaia was falling into contact as a result of the tackle from Tyrel Lomax. The influence the local broadcaster can have on incidents of foul play in particular has been prevalent since the officials were given the power to act on things seen on the big screen, although after what happened in the controversial finish to the 2014 Rugby Championship match between the Springboks and All Blacks, they cannot rule on anything that happened before a set piece has taken place, thus eliminating the possibility of what happened in Johannesburg six years ago from being repeated.
Richie struggled in first test STRUGGLED without BARRET and up against JAMES O CONNER. AN MAT TAUMOA. 2 NEW players in Wallabies halfs look lost but credit to Richie. Good game. But see how we go against the English and the Box??
Gave me a scare when I saw how his neck flexed on the replay, I'm just glad Cane was able to remain on his feet to lift the Bledisloe later. He just came back from his fracture injury, and I hope the coaching team make sure it gets thoroughly checked.
Good game the ABs and the Wallabies didn't play too bad either, they were just outplayed by a better team on the day. The wallabies has a very good young team and they'll learn as they get more playing time at test level. Good to see Tu'inukuafe get his first test try and the Mo'unga/ Barret double edge attack will be hard to stop if opponents dont figure out how to deal with them. All in all a good result for this rather one eye bias Kiwi living overseas. Bloody stoked the Bledi, stays home.
Appreciate the highlights but it's quite an odd selection of clips. Showing every scrum but not the offences that warrant the yellow cards? A bit more of the sequences that lead up to the points, penalties, etc would make the highlights flow better
@@RioGamer it's running at 59 - 36 in NZ's favour with 4 drawn.Jeez,that gap is wide. Anyhow,I think @gr8kooks was referring to SA's record v NZ,being superior to Australia's.Unless,I've read him wrong.
I was so proud of Australia when they dumpt the brit team from the WC in England, they went from 0 to equal to the All blacks, and still are, from a kiwi.
@Jack Of Blades I'm more proud that the Abs have won three world cups and wee england can only muster one. Poms invented rugby, kiwis perfected it. BTW Get your kaka union (flap) jack off our flag.
@Jack Of Blades Just like England couldn't make it out of the pool 2015 and yous were the host 😂. At least you don't see the All Blacks swinging low of the pool 😂.
The Wallabies have lacked passion for years. Either it's the wrong coach or they don't value the jersey any more. Hopefully they can regain their mojo at the next world cup.
I do not know what Rennie was thinking when he put no 10 to play, you never put a rookie to be playmaker against the ab's, it was not the young man's fault but coach put so much pressure on him
@@benv770 would’ve been the same result, O’Connor isn’t a 10 either he’s a winger. The problem is greater than single player selections, oz rugby talent as a whole is a landfill.
That's what happens when your development and grassroots system is not working. He is only working with what he has and trying to fix years of ARU being in decline. It's no coincidence that we have two number 10's sometimes three if MacKenzie is picked. That's three world class play makers on the field at one time. No other team has that ability and it's because of development and grass roots. What ARU should be doing is asking the guy that helped Canterbury and the All Blacks with development and grass roots. Wayne Bennett. The ability for players and coaches to transition emulates that of Queensland at their most dominant period.
this what you get when you tryna threat an all black saying you gonna stop and smash him..you mess with one all black you mess with THE ALL BLACKS..whoops!!..lol
Dave Rennie is a much better coach then Ian. Bloody Ian playing a dude who’s barely ever played wing in there in stead of are break out player last year. A few tries don’t mean he’s our best wing option your not looking for a playmaker on the wing you need a spark plug Australia’s defenece has been bloody awful so we can’t take this for what the score line says where playing a whole bunch of lads in there first year of international rugby after Australia got left high and dry after the World Cup and all there vets are getting hurt I don’t trust Ian’s ideas going forward benching sevu in place of Jordie Barrett on the wing the game plan I’m Wellington I’m not sold
Wow you must know something the boks dont know. History is clear that the boks love to play NZ because its the ultimate test and vice versa. Why would that be any different now? Troll
@Henri Panapa Hasn't always been that way... The AB team over the last 10 to 20 years have produced the best sides any rugby-playing country has fielded ever, by a long shot. No other country gave much competition over that period. I feel it's the end of that era of dominance because those guys are gone now. This was also over a period where the Boks produced their worst rugby team, coaches and performances ever. Doesn't change the much longer history before that and Im pretty sure going forward the Boks will be way more competitive. I believe that they don't just want to win world cups but also follow the AB's consistency, per Rassies speech when receiving the coach of the year 2019.
@@notoriousbig73 youre just pissed its not as big as you want to believe, its not Australias no1 sport, afl is then nrl and then soccer and then after that union maybe.i wouldn't be worried about us anywa, south africa and the poms should be your main worries
@@101Jman union had its chance in the 80s when league was in decline, but mainly nsw and qld,but in afl states they wouldn't know the difference between league snd union
