Extreme Declutter Hoarded Basement Craft Stash | Overcoming Trash Guilt 

It’s that time of the week again! It’s time to Declutter another section of the Hoarded Basement! We’re focusing on the craft stash and going some more bins! I also want to talk about the subject of “Trash Guilt.” This is something I struggled with my hoarding disorder. I always had extreme guilt of throwing something in the trash. It was one of the many reasons that I held onto things. I also talked about how I’m overcoming that emotion of feeling guilty of throwing things out!
