I am so proud of you for trying to eat better. Too many times rather than people trying to eat better, they run to the doctor for a pill so they can continue to eat all the stuff that is bad for us. I have been on a mission to eat better and improve how I feel for a year now and I have discovered processed foods are what some of my problems are and of course sugar which is my biggest problem. Keep up the good work girl. Bless your sweet family.

You deserve more than 18k kimi . I have my gallbladder and 2 years ago I thought I was taking a heart attack but the pain was in my chest under my breasts I couldn't breath and had to lay on my tummy to get the pain away from then it would come back every few nights but I new when it was going to start the pain made me sick but anyway I went for a scan and I was told I had about 20 big gallstones 😵 so I eat clean and haven't had any pain but waiting on a gallbladder removal so painful my 8 year old daughter would lay on the floor with me to keep me company as she's so thoughtful hope you get sorted also ❤xx

Kimi, I love those sticky rollers too, I use them for a lot of things like on my sheets, pillows every morning when i make my bed. Im also doing the same thing you're doing, going through drawers and closets, bagging up stuff! My sister is coming tomorrow to pick up so far 5 or 6 bags full to take to an organization where she lives that helps people in need for free, no charge ever! Recently I saw a channel that really motivated me like yours, and she said, "Don't ask yourself, Do I need this?" " Instead ask yourself, Can I live without this"? That has really made it easier for me to get rid of a lot of stuff! It's really true, the saying, less is more! Keep up the good work!❤

Prayers that you will find things that will work for you ,that you will feel better. It’s good seeing you enjoying your food and knowing that it’s not going to hurt your body. A few years back I had to give up a bunch of food items just because it was not agreeing with me. I don’t have gallbladder problems, but I just decided that it wasn’t working for me. Cokes was one of them. I don’t drink cokes anymore. Water is definitely my best friend and I love my coffee. I drink iced coffee all the time and it’s definitely something I would hate to have to give up, but I drink no sugar whatsoever. I only drink a little bit of cream. I ❤ your Stanley cup! I've been drinking alot more water since the weather is hot now. I quit drinking soda for quite a few years ago. Never missed it but a few months ago, I've been on a Wild Cherry Pepsi kick and don't know why. It's hard to talk yourself out of foods and drinks that taste So good but are Not So good for you unfortunately.

You can use plain greek yogurt in lieu of sour cream as well if the sour cream is bothering you. You can do it and make like ranch dip as well. it's really good.

Kimi I add about 2 oz of aloe vera juice to a tumbler of water to calm my stomach diverticulosis. I also changed my food selection staying away from spicy hot foods, all soft drinks and cheese. I feel much better and seldom have problems now. The aloe was the trick for me.

Also I went to food lion yesterday and right in the door I saw those peonies and I was like this is where she got them and then i was like I MUST get some too because they are SO pretty. Mine are blooming already. I wish we could share pics in the feed on here. I went in there for sale stuff but I saw those humongous tomatoes that Aaron picked out and I was like gotta have them because I've been craving a tomato sandwich and our tomatoes in the gardern are nowhere near ready.

Everything I read up for stomach problems. No gluten even the gluten free products. I have been researching stomach problems for 6 years now. I feel like a doctor.!LOL!! I hope you feel better. Lots of stomach problems can be treated with a cleaner diet. And water of course. It is Either IBS or gallbladder or lack of gallbladder issues. Don’t forget those prepackaged foods are killers. I think there’s digestive enzymes that help with the digestion of fatty foods too. Good luck. I hope you feel better. Great job eating healthy…. You go girl………👍👍👍☮️☮️☮️

Kimi i have had stomach problems for years. You are the only one that knows you. And your stomach. You will figure out what you should and should not eat. It took me awhile to find out what I could eat. And i can not take ibuprofen. It causes me to have bleeding lesions in my stomach. I have days i can drink coffee and days imt stomach will not allow it. But you will figure it out.

Ibuprofen can REALLY hurt your stomach can't it!? I developed erosive gastrophy because of NSAID use. That was tough to get over.

If your missing sour cream, you may like a good Greek yogurt in place of it. You just have to try different healthier versions of food you will like. Brown rice may have more fiber that white. I'm always trying new healthier food items since my gallbladder removal. Good luck. Glad your issues have subsided for you.

I guess it depends on your doctor. Mine worked with a dietician and recommended lifestyle changes to make some recommendations for me. And if you are having serious digestive problems, a diagnosis and medication may help improve quality of life or be life saving.

Proud of you for eating healthier now. Better to do it now than when you get older because everything is harder to do then in my opinion. I am on a special diet now too. Low Fodmap because of a stomach problem. Mostly just meat and vegetables and a few certain fruits and certain vegetables. I can’t wait to feel better!LOL!
