On #HeyJB Live, JB Biunno offers his live audience an "extreme hypothetical": would you have offered Adam Montgomery his guaranteed freedom in 2074 in exchange for the location of Harmony Montgomery's remains?
His Attorney said it was a stunt the prosecution pulled to get him to have some kind of reaction or emotion, Don't care for his Attorney! What really was a stunt being pulled was allowing Kaylas letter to be read!
Yes indeed. Knowing Harmony could finally rest in peace and her family start to heal somewhat. Monster will not live 50 more years, long time drug addiction takes decades off your life span
Yes 50 years without early parole. He will be over 80, knowing his past behavior he will get extra time by not obeying rules. I have no fear he will get out. But little Harmony will be properly put to rest. But he have to say, and it would have to be confirmed before the agreement would be finial.
If it would bring Harmony home, I probably would. He'll be 84 then. What's he going to do? Of course I would have given him the same punishment he gave his daughter to begin with. He wouldn't make it to 84. Or even 35.
What kind of monster beats up on this innocent little 7-year-old girl? Serious abuse for years and then murdered. What must have ran through this poor little girl's mind all those years with no help in sight? I would have taken her and shown her the kind of loving stable life normal people expect. Every time I look close at her innocent face I just want to cry for her.
I would have gave him the 50 years because he’s not going to age well in prison at all if he even survives in there 50 years. I would have given it to bring harmony’s remains home
Absolutely Not! Once a person dies he is no more. All of the other things we do for that person is for our own peace of mind. That body is no more. Build a memorial for your loved one. Giving the killer of your loved one a reward for their remains NO WAY! Gaining possession of decomposed remains gains you absolutely nothing because your loved one is gone. I would never give anyone who killed my loved one the honor of giving them a reward for something they destroyed. If you can return my loved one alive and well I will beg the jury for mercy, I will ask they not even charge you. But to give you a reward for decomposed bones? I DON'T THINK SO! /We as a society are so hooked on believing all of the festivities are for the dead they aren't, that child is no longer in that body. We live in a society in which we lose sight of the reality of death. Once we die our bodies are simply garbage, all the pomp and circumstances. All of the thoughts we put into clothing our dead, all of the elaborate horse drawn caskets, the mausoleums all of that stuff is for us, those left behind, that person doesn't benefit from that just us. My answer is Hell No! I will not offer you a damn thing for decomposed remains that are no longer a person! YOU JUST ROT IN PRISON!
