Hey Simo! I do a variety of training, mostly has been at home with bodyweight, bands and dumbbells. So yeh you can defo get results like this. Enjoy my videos and if you need more guidance to get best results then use my app band plan! 😄💪

Great workout. One small request please. Can you please display a exercise countdown clock like you do for the rest periods. Helps me know when the last 10 seconds are coming and to hold on and finish the rep. Thanks Ross

Loved this. Been on holiday in Costa Rica and the last part of it I was ill. So no real fitness except walking. This has pushed me into worked hard again 👏 thank you!

I'm glad to have found you. I am planning to train my body with resistance bands before moving into weights. This is an excellent beginning point. I did this workout 2 in a row, I really feel it is working.
