Thanks for showing your whole troubleshooting process. It is really helping me to see where to start and then how to work through figuring out what to do next. I haven't had to fix a problem yet but it is nice to know what can go wrong when you begin to customize.

this was very interessting...the doll is really really cute......but why do you and other artists trim the t-bar?
