Thank you, a helpful video for newcomers. But i still have a few questions. 1- I wonder why taxi light is turned on? For scramble ops or so? If you do not turn it on just before you are going to move, you are going to blind ground personnel in front 2- I saw that people in many videos tend to put the radio altimeter to standby when it does not really have any harmful effect on humans. There is not even an option to turn it off in civilian aircraft.
The taxi light is an "as desired" item. You will see different schedules with different checklists. I'm not sure about radar altimeters not having harmful effects, but that's an entire subject in itself.
