Please make the pit stop time loss under SC/VSC closer to real life. It’s the only thing that I can think of that’s not realistic at all. Example: Bahrain Green Flag: 23s SC/VSC: 13s SC/VSC (F1Manager): 19s

I hope that at the end of each season the list of new young drivers will be replenished or updated. This will extend the purpose of scouts and the need for them, as well as the duration of my game for one team (similar to how it is implemented in FIFA in Career mode). In F1 Man. 23 after 2-3 seasons, scouts were essentially not needed.
I want setups to make more of a difference, if a car is running lower downforce, they should be quicker in a straight line. I do understand it may be difficult if the AI doesn’t have “setups” but I can dream
In the next part, you need to change the progress of the drivers. So that there is progress from concrete and actions in the race and plus work on the simulator. That is, if the driver drove well in the rain, then adaptability increases. If it overtakes a lot, then overtaking increases. Plus, we assign training on the simulator, for example, reaction and braking.
Guys while it looks good if it comes out buggy give it a chance. Every game started out with its fair share of bugs and cheats. While it doesn’t look like there’s bugs still at least give them a few updates
I am currently in season 2034 in my f1 manager 2023 career and a big problem for me is that salarys for drivers are not in line with the budged cap anymore. As way to many drivers reach the 90+ even a lance stroll which is acutally so dumb as he needs a cap at like 84 but neverthenless you need to improve the budged cap balancedness please as it is way to hard to manage finaces and upgrade your car
Ive got back into 23 and ive been fired 2 times but now im in my 2nd season with haas after finishing last season in 3 days because i was having so much fun so im very hyped for this game
This is how all "yearly games" should be developed. I can accept almost no improvements for one year, as long there are big improvements every second year. Take notes @EA
Really happy that mechanical DNF's are now in, it was mega frustrating on F1M22/23 seeing 20 cars finish every race apart from the odd crash, gave you very little chance of points as a backmarker
i sure hope this works and that there is a little more variation and unpredictability in driver performance. i started playing 23 a few weeks ago and i was really enjoying it. after 6 races though, i realized that almost all races end the same and if you restart a race, the same events unfold. there’s no elements of randomness and no unpredictability. i know, within a couple of places, where i will qualify and finish race. hopefully this manages to fix that and make the races exiting!
I never gave these games my mind, thinking "why manage when I can race?" Well turns out the only racing games Im good at are rally, but i love watching F1..so this may be the game for me in F1!
