Watching this in 2022, I can say this was the golden generation. Alex, Lando and George all got the f1 seat!

I like the fact that Lando Norris just won 1 race and finished the season in second place in the driver's standings

Imagine trying to explain that a race had Lando Norris, Nyck de Vries, George Russell and Alex Albon in a spec set up, and Maximilian Gunther won

2 races per circuit ! confused ? here are the f2 rules On Friday, drivers have a 45-minute free practice session and a 30-minute qualifying session. The qualifying session decides the grid order for Saturday's race which has a length of 180 kilometres (112 miles). During Saturday's race (Feature Race), each driver must complete one compulsory pitstop and must use at least one set of each specification of dry-weather tyres. Sunday's race (Sprint Race) is run over 120 kilometres (75 miles). The grid is decided by the Saturday result with top 8 being reversed, so the driver who finished 8th on Saturday will start from pole position and the winner will start from 8th place. The exceptions to these rules are the Monaco and Budapest where the Feature Race is run over 140 km (87 miles) and 160 km (100 miles), respectively and the Monaco Sprint Race where the race is run over 100 km (60 miles).

how does the 2018 f2 champion... end up in what is basically an f2 car agin for 2019

It's crazy how unreliable these cars are. Almost like McLaren-Honda.

What I liked a lot was the engine sounds of the F2 cars. 3:14 It is very brave to over take a that place. 4:52 Artem Markelov, what a move by him.

Honestly the best thing F2 could do for promotion is broadcast their races live on the F1 RU-vid channel. I would 100% watch them and I think 100’s of thousands of others would too

Great that we're seeing proper F2 content on this channel. Often the races completely outperform the F1 races during the same weekend so it's nice to see some highlights of a great year. We need more of this - highlights of races next!

I think there should be F2 channel with Race Highlights, best of the team radio, etc, because F2 looks sometimes way more interesting than F1 but nearly no-one knows how good it is

Bro this probably was the season with the most talents in it

think it is so entertaining to watch Artem Markelov drive! He has been driving so mature the last two seasons, and in the same time very agressive. He may be able to improve at qualifying, but he masters the overtake so well. I hope he will stay in racing.

There's so many different winners after almost every race which makes it so much more exciting to watch! Wish F1 was more like that.

Very competitive grid. Top notch talents. Loved that the top 3 got into F1. Though Albon is not anymore. But I believe he'll be back. Talent like that doesn't just go away. Could have had more points and wins in his F2 season if it wasn't for the multiple DNFs he's had.
