Love the tops! Now, if you want to undo your ball of two threads together, time to bribe your daughters. You can have each of them winding one of the threads while you corral the ball as it spins as they pull the yarn from it. I suggest a wash basket to have it in. If pulled apart at the same time, ball will spin, but it all works out. You will need to rewind their balls on your ballwinder, but this will go so so much faster than doing it by yourself. My two guys have been bribed with brownies. My several hour task was done in twenty minutes.

Thanks so much for sharing all of these.. it is definitely a challenge to find the summer patterns that are not too warm to wear...I am mostly a crocheter but love the inspiration to possibly stretch myself to move to knitting garments instead of just "flat" items 😊.. Loved your step by step instructions for putting in the lining into the knit bag.. I have been putting off making the lining for my crochet bucket bag.. and this has given me the confidence to finally complete my bag.. Looking forward to seeing your completed summer makes🧶🎽

I hear you! Even though knitting is lighter than crochet, I still don’t wear many of them in the dead of summer. Thanks for watching my bag lining video! You can totally do it yourself. Easy peasy.

Agreed! Yarn is much more of a renewable resource. I do think I’ll add the crochet edging….when some of my WIPs are off the needles. ;)

Great selection of knitting and crochet.After your knitting video a couple of month ago I had to go and buy yarn and a pattern to knit a summer top it has short sleeves living in Scotland I would not normally take as long to get a top knitted but I also do patchwork and dressmaking so go from one project to another if it does not have a deadline can't wait for your next video.👍😎

Hi Lisa, I’m here for support because I love your channel, but girl, you’re speaking a foreign language to me! 😂 Your makes are lovely. The scalloped edge added to that top would just take it to perfection. I’m sewing a shirt dress this summer, going slowly. I’m absolutely adamant that I not take up another creative hobby, but if I did, I’d be knitting because of what you do. ❤
