Very good faceoff i love how Haye was talking trash Klitschko look at him at smile with evil look at 7:27 i felt that i can only image the tension in the room
I have to say hats off to David Haye for making this fight very interesting! Haye is in character much in the same way as Mayweather. Talking up a fight to maximise ticket sales and anticipation for a fight. Everyone knows Haye isn't as brash when away from the cameras, he's just in the game to create this event into something big and it has worked! All the chasing and bad talking from the first time he met Wladimir years ago. Its just been a build up of great anticipation! Will be a great fight
@NewJbruno Yeah! You're right! And of course this fight is dangerous for Wlad, and that's the kind of fights we want to see. However, when I look at Haye vs Valuev,I see a guy who stays out of range a lot. His only chance is explosion once past the Klitschko's jab, which is still a very difficult thig to do. Peter/Brock/Thompson lazy, no doubt.Sanders and Brewster were true heavyweights with a bigger punch than Haye, but they were reckless.Haye is much more conservative, and it changes something
Man, I've never seen Wladimir this heated before. Dude was boiling underneath... Too bad Haye didn't do much during the fight, especially for all the shit he talked...
Wladimir is a monster; the look in his eye's in this entire interview is reminicent of it - I think david could beat him. But Wlad would not make it easy
@NewJbruno Nice! Yeah, for the experience thing,I mostly meant heavyweight division experience, but ring experience too.Wlad got some very bad losses, but came back from those,so he's really more experienced for ring experience too.Haye's accomplishments cannot be discarded as well.As you said, he might bring the best out of Wlad.Yeah,Haye might be a better fighter, but style for style,it remains a very interesting match-up! Anyways, nice talking with you even if we got different opinions! Respects!
vlad got a glass jaw his brother way better haye got a puncher's chance but if vlad uses his movement he will kill haye cause all that speed and all that is good but if you dont got jack without discipline...i do see vlad killing him but if haye hit him good i wouldnt be surprise cause of his glass jaw..
@getwidittv2011 Wlad koed many heavyweights with one punch. Haye did not. Be realistic. Haye got power, but not as much as Klitschko. I should have said strongest puncher. More accurate this way though. ;)
@@rubberchix That's what everyone says. "Wladimir would'nt be able to handle this guys speed, power and movement! He'll just duck, slip, slip, all Wladimir can do is jab and grab, Wladimir isn't really good, his opponents are just bad." Everyone has had a plan on how easily they would beat Wladimir, until they fought him. Only Fury was able to beat him in the end and then Wladimir was 39 and it wasn't in some kind of exciting fashion and we could never see the rematch. You could probably use the, "Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face." phrase by Mike Tyson. And when that first jab, left hook right hand lands most fighters shit themselves.
@NewJbruno XD I don't really have the habit to have a clear winner, because boxing being what it is, everything can happen. Would both of them win or lose 100 out of 100 fights against each other? No! So, the thing is that we must pick one of the right combination of elements that will make one of those 100 fights happen when they meet. So many intangibles. But who imho has the better chance % of winning the fight? Wladimir Klitschko, no doubt. He got the experience and the right trainer, etc
@NewJbruno Not really. Wlad knows exactly what Haye is trying to look like as a character. He's not that stupid. He's been there and done that. Haye is talking about retiring, and it shows exactly how scared he is himself to lose that fight. Wlad wins the rounds, Haye can explode and hurt Wlad, but the best puncher in the HW division at the moment is Wlad. He can finish the fight with one right hand or one left hook. Haye would need more than one punch to finish Wlad. Plus, Wlad always gets up.
@NewJbruno Yeap! Sure thing, both will face something they never faced at heavyweight when fight night comes. Wlad is much much better than Valuev and Haye got much much more power than Byrd had. However, Haye will use his legs, something that Byrd was not really doing. The key for Wlad is to land the jab and trap Haye into the ropes/corners. They key for Haye is to use timing and explode (2-3 punch combos+quick feet going forward) over Wlad's jab. Tough, since Wlad got good defense movement too.
wlad you better not just jab n grab cause david haye is coming tired of that jab n grab to win but david wlad look like he was going to kill u in that faceoff never trust a russian
