I've been doing this for a week (skipped one day), and i really am starting some changes especially in my cheekbones. Going to keep doing this for as long as I can; I'm quite skinny but have a seriously chubby face lol.
Day one : good my face feels good ✅ Day two: face is feeling better and smoother✅ Day 3: skin is gettin tighter and I’m seeing a little bit of results 💚 Its working

I must say this exercise really works!!! My face was chubby and I did it + another one everyday (30 mins/day) for nearly 2 months. One day my sister looked at me suprisingly and told me my face is actually slimmer 😂 so happy for that ^^ thanks a lot ^^
I play 3 videos including this one and do all the facial exercises in one go. I trust the process even though I am an impatient person. Thank you for sharing!

Упражнения понравились,после первого раза ,брови поднялись, щеки поднялись,эффект где то минут 30 ,но ощущение подтянутые щеки ,лоб остались в течение нескольких часов.Мне понравились упражнения,сначала хочу 2 раза в день в течение недели сделать,утром и вечером перед сном,нанесу после упражнений лифтинг маски.🙂👍
@@Путешествуйснами-т4н пока не скажу что устойчивый,но чувство подтянутое лицо и свежее лицо(проще так описать состояние после упражнений ) сохраняется уже дольше .🙂👍
@@famadil6917 oh, I can't upload pics here, but I keep doing it for 1,5 month now, 20 min every day (I do a few of their face workouts). I noticed my face bone changing as well. I think my face structure became much more like K-Pop idols have. (I am a boy). You surely will get a v-shaped face from this. I think in 2 month if you are thin to begin with, if you are chubbier or older it will take a bit longer. It worked for my mom as well. Hope it helps :)
I'm not overweight or anything. I just need a nice face. And it's been 3 days and I'm starting to feel sum in my jaw. It's not massive BUT I'll keep on doing this great stuff. Thanks.
It'll ton up your face which gives an illusion that it's slimmer. We can do this with cardio. A neck work out from another channel helped me to reduce my neck fat and lines. (Sorry for my bad English)
