The main thing is to do the face exercises and do them consistently because they will help to strengthen the face muscles which in turn will help prevent the sliding of the fat pads under the skin. Fat pads doesn't mean we have chubby cheeks, it simply means we have good face structure... Weak loose muscles will not hold the face up and the fat pads will succumb to gravity very easily with age. So in terms of exercise, targeted cheeks strengthening plus the low face too, to look energised and radiant 🌸💆♀
