You are right, the client only cares about new patients, but Meta cares about conversions, and if conversions are good they will prioritize the ad. Which means more leads. Which means more new patients for the client. This client has been working with us for 3 years now and their campaigns are profitable as well as they are able to turn some of the leads into new patients.
