I do wonder what people think those 'I consent...' forms you sign to access all these social/tech/media websites actually mean. Is it spying when you willingly sign away your privacy and access to all your information and behaviour? We literally tell these companies they can farm data from our online activity and sell it or use it as they see fit. It's the price we pay to use them. Because facebooks files can get peeled over by the u.s. government anytime incase they need something and they are a usa based company while tiktok is spying information for an opposing world force to the usa(ccp) and is based in china. Both are bad tho.

That's because USGov cooperates with Facebook and other homegrown social medias to monitor the population and try to control social change in favor of the government.
