I just wanted to know when you first saw a difference even a subtle one. I am on series 3 and level 3 for the first time around and I am finding a couple of the exercises in this series a little tricky and feel a little unsure if I am doing them correctly, I am watching this video now to get directions. This is the second time I go to series 2 since I found your channel last year, Peta. I’m amazed how this update leads me and shows me step by step how to achieve even more. I do feel the muscles you talk about. I feel my muscles exactly as you describe. With the jaw exercise I can feel my esternocleidomastoideo (sorry, the word is in Spanish) and my macetero (spanish again). And the way you explained with details, make me realize what exact muscle we have to work out. The lip exercise is a perfect example. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Oh to get rid of turkey neck. I’m only 41 y/o & my neck has started to soften a lot in the last 6 months. I’m moving onto series three next week. Am really hoping with continued consistency, this improves a lot. It’s funny because I don’t have any rings or other softening of the neck. It’s just right at the throat

Finally! huh took me long enough but lah..... I find this connection most apparent in the eye exercise from this series 3 which is my favourite anyway. Hi Marshmellow, the updates are in the play lists. they are not in the same form as the all in one. they are playlists of the exercises in series 4. just learn them and do them in the full routines as you did in the other series
No, you can’t. Why would you? Don’t interchange. She mentions that every time she posts a video. Follow the whole series exercises. Listen to what Peta says.
Hello Peta from sunny Scotland. I’m just getting ready to start series 3 & wondered if you could suggest how I can balance my lower eyes. I have more excess skin under 1 eye. I dont know if this is caused by my cheeks dropping rather than my eye skin. I use skin tightening serums on my eyes & face but honestly don’t know if they are doing any good. My skin is aging but at 65 I know it’s not going to be as good as even 10 years ago 😁. Hope you will let me have your comments. Thank you.
Hi Brenda, skin tightening creams are bogus, and do not do as they say. cream is just used for protecting and conditioning the skin. With this program you must be doing a full face routine, if you don’t, you run the risk of causing more sagging and wrinkling of the skin. After doing the exserise only for one side of my face, and I can tell big difference. Another side of my face looks very old... It looks like a teenager face on my right side and an 30 old woman on my left face.

Hi Nancy, Facerobics is a balanced program. You cannot do the same exercises all the time, you need variety because if you exercise one area too much the muscles start to fatigue and the skin sags. Even tho you might think that there is not an exercise for the nose, that area is being exercised in other indirect ways.

Does the cheek lifter exercise make your face look longer? i like lifting the cheeks but want to tone down the bottom half of my face so it is slimmer and more v shaped not plumper
dear Peta, I want to tell you something and also ask you something .... I have been participating in your program for many years and I am super happy. Except my turkey neck stayed the same. And now I have understood through this update that I had always done the exercise wrong. Now I do it as you describe and with a lot of pain and effort I manage this and my jawline becomes a bit tighter yeaaaaah wowwww .... My question: I am now in the last week of series 3. And now I have to do the other five series for months without this jawline exercise. Isn't it going to sag again? lots of love
Hi Titia, no it wont sag because you are still exercising in that area in some way, you may experience little changes when you change each series, but only slight. Just keep following each series and over time you will see changes.
In your material I read that, when doing facial exercises, you recommend giving your face a 24 hour rest. In a video on planking you said to do the planking in the evening if you do the exercises in the morning. If I do planking in the evening I won't have a 24 hour rest. Should I not do the planking?

The cheek exercise i find hard to manage. Been Watchin the video over and over for weeks . Can only feel it around my mouth . But its Learning by doing 😬✌🏻
Hi Madelaine, try to move your focus to the buccinator and risorius muscles instead, just forget about the corners of your mouth and squeeze the muscles outwards and upwards.

Hello Peta, as I start series 3, I have a question: If there are 6 series and each one is for 6 weeks, by the time i get back round to a series again, my muscles will have not maintained the benefits, will they? Such as the eye exercise in this series, which I love. If it is 30 weeks before i get back to that exercise, won't I have lost the benefits from it. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your program!!!.
Hi Fiona, so glad to see you loving the program! You wont lose any form because right though the whole series, you nose is still being subtly exercised. And, if you exercise you nose all the time, it will become misshapen and will lose form anyway. So just try to stick to the program and you will see the results. 💖

Hey Peta, I have a question. I'm confused as how to follow the program as far as which series to do when I'm done with one. Do I have to do the series in order or can I just pick a series each 6 weeks? I started with series 3 because my biggest problem right now is that I lost a ton of weight, unfortunately in face as well. My cheeks are very holllow and the cheek exercise in series 3 spoke to me. Should I have done series 1, followed by 2, first or is it ok that I pick the series randomly? Thank you! PS: I think the cheek exercise has made a difference already (I'm on week 3), although not as fast as I want, lol

also one more question, sorry. There are so many videos I've watched and some say one thing and then I read something different. So to understand the routine: Is it 6 weeks or 2 months? And do I have to take a break during a 2 week repetition routine or not? And do I have to take a full week off in between series?Thanks, sorry for bugging you!
I bought the face aerobics manual and I looked up every video. I am currently on series 3. Still I cannot find clear instructions how much time to leave between series? For instance I have to go back to series 1, do I leave 2 days or a week gap between series. Thanks
Thank you. So i do this for 6 weeks? 2 weeks of 50 reps 2 weeks of 100 reps and 2 weeks of 150 reps and leave out all other face exercises? May I ask, does this affect other muscles you are not working if you are only doing a short routine? I think in the past i have been doing too much and It takes so long I just want something that works and is short. There are so many people giving advise on You Tube for face exercises, I have tried many and just want to get it right.
You have to follow the exercises exactly you cant change them. Also you need to manage your expectation because some areas of your face change and unfortunately others not so fast. You say you want to do something that is short and works fast, well, yeah, we all do, but that is not how it works. If you follow my routines you will get results, may not be perfect, but you will get results. Also, I am sorry I cannot answer personal emails due to the amount received. Please ask your question on youtube as this is the only place I answer them.

Hi Joanna I am a gym member and have been with Peta for over 2 years, here is the program, we start with series 1 we start with 50 reps, and do this for 2 weeks, then progress to 100 reps for 2 weeks, then progress to 150 reps for 2 weeks, the series takes 6 weeks. The exercises are done once per day, 5 days per week, on the 6th day we do the power lift and massage, then on the 7th day we rest. After completing series one we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, learn one exercise per day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us, we do the exercises lying down, once we have had the week off, we start with series 2 as per the above format. Hi Nancy I am a gym member, I have been with Peta for over two years, the updates give more information for us and makes it easier to understand how to do the exercises, you can down load the skinmatic on a video called facerobics muscles of the face, on there Peta gives a link to where you can download the skinmatic this will help you, also follow the program Peta has a program, if we follow the program just as Peta tells us, we can achieve wonderful results. Here is the program: The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the a massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet website under renew me. We also do face yoga, this gives us extra lift, we do it 12 hours from when we do the exercises. Eg. If we do the exercises in the morning we do yoga in the evening. The yoga is found on you tube facerobics yoga. It is recommended that we start facerobics around the age of 30 years. Hi Yolly, move to series 4, or go back to series 1 and start again. If you stop you will lose tone, just as you would if you stopped going to the gym after a time of working out.
