Enjoy the pamper! I've been doing this massage alot recently and it's been helping me look less jet-lagged but also my skin is feeling really good! Had to share my jade-roller love!
How I clean it : I wipe it with a soft cloth and then swipe it with alcohol before I use it.

Finally someone who used a jade roller properly. I see too many youtubers roll it back and forth when you’re really supposed to only go across the face in one stroke every time it touches your skin. You have flawless skin by the way.

Renee, I can not thank you enough for this video! My face has been swollen through out my right cheek, sinus, lip & jaw line due to a severe infection & major dental work. And just after two sessions of lymphatic massage my swelling has gone down & feels much less painful to the touch. I just completed a very early morning session & it does feel incredibly relaxing yet energizing. Your the best!

@@YQMagic Stay with the lymphatic massage. Even if the swelling or pain goes down, continue the massage to keep things draining & healing properly. You would be surpised at how quickly things can swell up again. Be careful of your surgical site though when you do the lymphatic massage--be very gentle, don't push hard or tug & pull on the site. I just did this with jade I had ordered on amazon. After doing the massage, I took a deep breath and it was the cleanest deep breath I had taken in months. I cannot express how relieved I felt after it. Whether it was a placebo, fake, I don't care. It helped me immensely.

Since these rollers came into my life they helped deal with my facial swelling, opening my sinus to make it easier for me to breathe, it also helped with my overall skin issues and makes my skin glow and look youthful. Definitely recommend doing this daily. It's not only good for you it is very therapeutic. Not to mention it reduces the look of fine lines and helps reduce the look of eye bags/dark circles.

sehun If it would cure your migraine, you can let me know I used to suffer from that aswell and completely healed myself thanks to divascan treatment. I recommend asking your neurologist about this medicine. I am sorry for changing the subject, although I know how terrible it is to suffer from migraine therefore I just wanted to share some help.

This is excellent Renee, As a spa therapist I just wanted to add a couple more things. You actually have many more lymph nodes on the face than you mentioned. If people can look up a basic anatomy diagram, you can get a much better idea of where to direct the lymph flow. You’re right Renee, pressure should also be extremely light as lymph flows closer to the surface of the skin, than blood. This is really good for the morning in particular. Great video! Everyone should do this to de-puff.

@@aquicheus3701 I prefer to use a rose, quartz, roller, especially when working with products. My jade roller is lovely, but it looks like it's porous and it doesn't glide as smoothly over my skin as the quartz one. There are a couple of places on Amazon that guarantee the stones are real, and they even send you a certificate. Not that that means it's absolutely totally true, but it did make me feel better!

I got mine a few weeks ago and I’ve only used it twice. I’ve been very bad about my skincare so I kind of forgot about it for a little while. Self care is hard for me because of depression and PTSD. I want to make the jade roller a habit so I hope it will motivate me to step up my self care game. I never thought to use it with a topical mask but I’m definitely trying that. I absolutely love doing facial lymphatic massage on myself (with my fingers)! It's part of my daily routine and I love how my complexion looks brighter and plumper after. But for some reasons, I never found a good video about how to efficiently use a jade roller (mine is sleeping in one or my drawers)... until now, thanks to you! Great video! I bought a jade roller off of Amazon and I've been using it for about a week and a half now. I really like it! Even though it's cool on its own, I fill up a mug with just a little bit of ice water and put the roller in there for 30 seconds when it's starts to warm up and that way it's nice a cold. I don't believe in the whole "energy" thing, but I really enjoy the roller. I'm not saying that Eastern medicine isn't valid. I'm just not a big believer in stones having energy, but that's just me. Either way it's a great and affordable (mine was around $14) addition to my skin care routine!

Found the pure Jade and Rose Facial Rollers at ULTA. Found them there in the back where they sell high end skin care products. I was actually there to find a good cream for my eyes are starting to get really bad poofy bags. A Mario Badesca skin care rep told me about cleansing face with a Lympathic Method with eye rollers. Now I’m using this video. :)

Thank you for sharing these great tips. I bought mine yesterday and used it on my face, its truly amazing. I noticed a strong tingling sensation when I used it on the right side of my forhead above my eyebrow. I felt the tingling from my eyebrow all the way up to the middle of my head. I have one. The larger side kinda sticks, and doesn't roll easily. The smaller side, however, is perfect. So, i use the smaller side for my face, and larger side for arms and legs. Thanks for all you do!

Noelle hi! I think it's unique in that it actually kneads. There WAS a learning curve for me, at first I kept pinching myself if I wasn't deliberate with my movements. Someone who wants to simply roll massage might not like this. For me, the kneading really helps with the puffiness, tension, and general ugh I feel after air travel (I fly a lot). I own the ReFa Carat, which was the original, marketed to be used on face and body. While I do love the versatility, if I didn't travel so much, I think I'd mostly be using it on my face - in which case I'd buy the S Carat, which is smaller, easier to get in around the eyes, etc. hth 🤗

I found a really good sunscreen that has no whitecast, its by ultrasun and its the extreme version, spf 50 and pa++++, its relatively inexpensive, around $40 for 150ml
