Rach turned my life into a video game of discomfort. Why? Because last week we played Squid Game for personal growth and the loser (aka me) had to face a day seeking discomfort. So we got creative and came up with "Soul Quest", our attempt to gamify the self-help industry. We took three personal growth challenges from the community and turned them into three levels of discomfort that I had to face in one day. From cold exposure to complimenting strangers and doing a dance in public. Oh and just for the record dancing is not my thing, so when I had to learn a choreographed dance in public and perform in front of strangers, well, things get awkward. Yet another time that I embarrassed myself in public in the name of discomfort and personal growth.
