Yes, but there are different requirements on how it goes in the Mail. Absentee requires you to fill out, to sign, put in, seal and address the Envelope yourself but a Mail In is the Envelope, check the box, doesnt require a signature and clearly marked as to what it is when you mail it out.

When ballot mailing is needed in certain circumstances, then these ballots must be returned including an valid ID copy of that perticular voter. The copy of the valid ID must contain an picture of the voter and the signature. Then the ballot itself must be signed and send back to only one National Central votes counting point in the VS. The ballots must be stored in a closed computersystem were these ballots will be verified for their validity, further to prevent more ballots coming from a voter with the same credentials. A valid Voter Id must be required for every legal voter in the VS whether this will be done by mail or in person. Any ballot without a copy of the valid Id with signature and picture or is not in time returned at the National votingpoint will automatically become a invalid vote. Because these mail ballots are send to these voters only two weeks before the actual election day they you can require them back in return exactly one week before election day So that there is enough time to check these ballots. I live here in Corvallis Oregon. We've had mail in voting for years now. I can tell you we receive extra ballots in the mail. When my daughter moved to Eugene we still got her ballots for two years. She never voted so it would have been easy to use her ballot. My brother in law gives our address as his because he travels. He doesn't even live in Oregon. I have his ballot in hand right now. If I wanted to I could easily cast two votes for a candidate of my choosing. If I forged his signature do you think they would catch it? No they wouldn't. Gov. Kate said they have very minimal detected voter fraud. This is because they can't catch it, there is no way to know if there is fraud. Kate needs to stop lying and deceiving people making them think we live in a perfect system. It seems anyone with a mailing address can get a ballot in Oregon. What about those people who never vote. Can they sell their mail in form to someone else? How much is it worth? What are the chances of criminality? Kayleigh McEnany has voted by mail in FL since 2010 using her parents' address in Tampa even though she, her husband, and child live in DC, and she has an NJ driver's license. SMELLS LIKE POTENTIAL VOTER FRAUD. Did she also vote in DC and/or NJ since 2010? Someone should investigate.
