I struggle with binge eating as well! Especially after I got out of the military, I was more depressed and it got extremely worse. I feel like people like us are just meant to be strong as hell. We just need to find a way to find discipline and manifest these eating issues into turning us into big strong mother fuckers. Now being in IT, I definitely need to start making changes. Also, subbing to your channel. I feel like there are some similarities that I can relate to!
Very informative video, did you get anything back for the ruptured package? I doubt any of these meal kits are for me (really restrictive allergies) but, I enjoy watching reviews of interesting products.
One of these meals is not enough food, especially if you work out. 2 of their trays can be enough for one meal. And having foods heat up in plastic containers is not smart. These meals should be taken out of the trays and put on a non-plastic plate or in a bowl before heating up. And an oven or air fryer is definitely better and safer than a microwave
