Hi there, please advice me… My extreme 1 once turn on, it always goes to Bluetooth sensing for a device. But my iPhone already had that connectivity. Next it doesn’t turn off after pressing the power button. This never happened until the next morning.
Is there any risk during this procedure / operation?🤔 Dummy proof? I mean can you cause any unexpected result by pressing those buttons or perhaps the wrong combination of buttons??
Hi, I need help. Usually the jbl xtreme 2 turns on with 1 press, but sometimes it takes 2 press or even a long press. But now it wont turn on. When I plug it to the charger and connect to a device, it turns on and stays on. so it isnt the battery.
Hi my Jbl Extreme can't charge normally like starting from one light then go on until it reaches five lights which means fully charged!! When I plug 🔌 it the charger it shows me the full five lights on after 1 minute it goes off...but when I remove the charger and try to connect and play music it just plays for may 2mintes then goes off again.. 😭😭
It doesn't fix the auto standby "feature though, wich is a design flaw. Why turn off while externally powered. JBL should issue a firmware fix via USB.
battery dead, try unplugging battery but keeping the charger in. If with the charger plugged in and battery disconnected, the speaker stays on without any issues -> battery dead
Nice video I have a quick question so when I charge my speaker it will turn on but won't connect to my phone then when I unplug it the speaker dies and won't turn on and I try restart it and that didn't do anything am I doing something wrong?
Hi, I don’t think you are doing anything wrong. When it turns off when unplugging usually points to a faulty battery. But together with the Bluetooth not working there might be something wrong with the controller. Did anything happen to it before this happened? Like did it fall down or did water get inside somehow?
My JBL extreme only turns on then all the bottons don't work???it doesn't increase volume or decrease doesn't pair with new Phones and the features don't work.???
Hello sir.. How do I control the bass of jbl extreme 1. I mean not the low frequency mode, just decrease a bit of bass . Actually my speaker is having distortions in full volume
Same boat here I've set sail in chap....till I discovered the volume button.Wala,,problem solved...Have a good one ...lol..just messing with you...mine actually would connect to my phone like usual ,,fully charged,but as it's playing it would loose connectivity,,shut down start back up reconnect with phone and play for half a min.then go thru the whole process again.But the battery is charged.i check it's power level and it's charged.It just will do that ..time to upgrade...
