it's a wall of running water used to collect small airborne particles (so that it doesnt ruin the paint job)

The water catches overspray too the water is then cleaned and used again the sludge then goes into makeup mascara and eye shadows etc

@@AngelOfSwimming as he said, it's for collect particles. Here in Toyota Argentina is used a sprayer "AKIMist model E", is sprayed water from the ceiling to the ground

I work there. Cars come with defects such as orange peel are thrown back into the acid dip. Sometimes the robots can run short of pressure and it results into this. Bit beleive me all toyotas are built with strict inspections. Every single one

Believe me, you guys asking for a job. This isnt the place for you. I spent 5 years of my life in paint shop at Toyota. Was the worst 5 years of my working life. On my exit interview i asked if i would ever return? My answer was, id rather be homeless. Those who work here and enjoy it only know one thing and thats Toyota, those of us that leave know theres a better life elsewhere.
