Welcome to the raw denim world! Unfortunately there are still too many myths floating around online. Far too often people repeat the stuff they hear without giving it much though,. We try our best to dispel rumors and bad information though our videos.

@@NakedandFamousDenim most of my denim is in the range of 11-14 oz. I think one disadvantage of very low oz is that they tend to break more easily, this means it takes less time that one needs to repair his jeans, and before repairing one needs to wash the jeans! So generally, thinner material requires shorter time to break in, but the contrast will be less than the thicker ones.

Oh yes, the transformation is incredible. I remember seeing a before and after shot of the same jean, and getting hooked on raw denim immediately.
