His fist-pump image on Jan. 6 will be the first thing that I think of when I hear the name 'Josh Hawley'. All I can think is 'this guy is a clown!' He should be ashamed of himself.
Josh Hawley is a disaster. I blame Jack Danforth for having promoted him to the point where he is. If he can't support our Constitution - and both the Establishment Clause and Free Exercise Clause, he needs to resign immediately. Run away, Hawley... just like you did on January 6.
Practicing politics form a political platform usually does not end well. Hawley is on a course to, let's make it clear ; " Here's the deal," Political suicide . So with that in mind I will encourage our citizens to our state motto - The Show me State , Hawley shut the heck up .
God was mentioned in the Declaration of Independence and the Articles of Confederation though. One can debate whether that was the Occultic God of Freemasonry or the Christian God whom the Pre-Revolution Colonial people of the Puritan Era of Colonial America worshipped, but nevertheless a God of some sort is mentioned.
@@saintjeremykjv1611 Well, yeah. It even says, "In God we Trust," etc. So, there is a mandate of some sort of God, and some folks are even offended at that. Nevertheless, that combined with freedom of worship, etc. nullifies the concept of the Christian God mandate. Just God, and folks can worship at their discretion, as long as it doesn't affect others, and not at taxpayers' expense, etc.
@@codefinity That wasn't on the original currency, to be fair and unbiased, nor was "One Nation Under God" added to the Pledge until the 1950s, to resist Atheistic Communism. "One Nation Under God" was originally in a speech by Lincoln, during the Gettysburg Address. But, the Declaration of Independence and the Articles of Confederation mentioned God.

And in a lot of states, the rights of Christians to vote are being cut back on if they're black or Hispanic. And historically black churches continue to be set on fire. It's been almost two years, they still haven't tracked down the arsonist who set two churches in Jackson, Mississippi on fire in a single night. So what matters more? Christianity or "not DEI"?
