Larry seemed so helpful. He is the type of guy I always asked for advice in the gym when I started out lifting. A confident man will always give you advice. The guy who shrugs you off or puts you down at the gym is really afraid of you out working them.

What should of been more of a giveaway was the “go get me water” scene. If you pay attention to the layout of the gym, during that scene and the cut afterwards, you can see that where Jesse is, and where Larry is, is in view of each other. And it’s not that far away. (If you haven’t seen this gym in any other videos, which Larry has several at this gym)

Great video, you are making my days better with these educational and funny clips. I started to work again on my body before summer, now in much better shape. Exercising can be hard sometimes but It always makes me feel better. Last year I had almost 400 lbs in body weight. One day I just started moving more, then slow running then I started doing weighted exercises and I was eating clean by following meal plan I got from Next Level Diet. Today I have 250 lbs and I am happy like I never been in my life.
