Because it can be difficult to notice the personal growth happening incrementally on a daily basis, it is useful to pause, zoom out, and reflect a little bit to see how far you’ve come.
I hope to help you see and be grateful for the growth you have created in your own life with this meditation.

Quick back story: Every morning as I enjoy my coffee with my husband, I look at the plants in the room by the window that I have built a connection with, and from day to day, they generally look the same. Every once in a while, though, I notice with a bit of awe, some substantial growth that a plant has undergone. I look and see flowers and think, wow - these flowers weren’t even here before.
Like the growth of these plants, personal growth is a slow and steady journey with bumps along the way. It’s easy to lose sight of the progress you’ve made as you are walking the path you’ve taken. Let’s pause and enjoy the observation today. Let’s set the stage for a very peaceful night's sleep, basking in the knowledge of the work that you’ve done, and how far you’ve come, trusting that you’re on the right path. You are always exactly where you need to be.

Sara this is a wonderful meditation. I just practiced it after waking up from a nap, and I think it’s the first time I listened all the way through to when your script ended. I would love to have a 20-minute version of this that is not intended for sleep, like some of your other wonderful meditations on self-love, gratitude, self-trust, etc. I’m 61 years old and leaving a 20-year marriage to my husband. I struggle with feeling old and regretting the choices I made, and the choices I did not make. This meditation is so wise. It is a very helpful practice. Thank you.

I recently started listening to your hypnosis for confidence and I'm really enjoying it, I like the relaxation process you used in that one (Counting down from 10, going down the stairs, snapping your fingers going deeper) it really helped me get deeper compared to other hypnosis videos. I have a suggestion could you make a hypnosis video for changing self-image beliefs/self concept beliefs with that exact same relaxation process and script? I would love to listen to that one alot
