Gald to hear you enjoyed it, thanks! I been making an effort to try and vary my house designs a little for this build, and for the corner house I wanted a longer galley style kitchen leading to a larger living area 👍.

I honestly think there must be a problem with your install, I am not aware of any workarounds and as you can see from the vid Place Everywhere works fine with the previous version of the game (1.10.163). Possibly you are trying to use the latest version of Place Everywhere (which is buggered and missing features 😔) with the previous version of the game? Make sure you are using F4SE version 0.6.23 and version 1.18.0.1163 of Place Everywhere. The files section for Place Everywhere is a mess and have accidentally downloaded the wrong version before and then wondered why things were not working 😅👍.

It comes with the Vault-Tec Workshop DLC, you also need to complete the Vault 88 questline to be able to unlock building vault objects at regular settlements.
