a positive side: believes that they will change their minds as something like Fallout London could create interest and demand for a different country, maybe in a spin off series. a negative side: they dont want to put in the effort to make a whole new lore for locations we know nothing about.

Best thing they could do short term is release an offline version of Fallout 76 with Modding support for free as long as you own Fallout 76

It would be cool if you had a character creation option to be a ghoul. It could be like how in Vampire the Masquerade you can play as a nosferatu which makes most people not want to talk to you, but unlocks a completely different way to play.

how do developers find it okay to wait 10 + years to continue their ips VERY GRIM to expect your audience to wait till they are dead or have dementia before they get a continuation on a story they love

Honestly I would love to see a fallout game based somewhere north. I think it could be pretty fun. Being a mountaineer selling rad stag meat or Yao gai meat, and hunting Radbits. Building up small trading routes or a settlement/ camp site all in order to stay warm for a Nuclear winter event that takes place 10-15 in game days. You also could clear out raider camps or do bounty hunting missions to get some extra caps. You could explore old prewar mines and caves

Considering elder scroll 6 and fallout 5 will most likely be on the same engine, I think they could manage to get fallout 5 out before elder scrolls 6. With the success of the tv show, I feel that now or soon would be a great time to release fallout 5.

BOTTOM LINE Don't release a buggy game, and hype trains are good for business but I don't want another halfbaked AAA release. careful what you ask for..I'm only now enjoying fallout 4 because no bugs and graphics cards run the game better now 9 years later. happy to play 4 for 2 more years personally

We REALLY need a game set in Chicago in the main canon. Other choices could be Alaska, Louisiana, Florida, or Pacific North West.

I'd like a mobile game built like any other rts game. Have a storyline that does get affected by future choices where finishing the main quest unlocks side quests separate from the main story that tell those sides of conflicts. Like that XCom one or the one Walking Dead. You can have a party of your character along with let's say up to three companion characters, they can introduce new factions or characters privy to future Fallout entries while not making it a grand spectacle of their presence because that would be saved for the actual FO6

I get his reasoning for keeping Fallout in the US but how cool would it be the have at least smaller scale spin-offs that explore the whole deal from other perspectives, maybe even China. Or a game more in the style of a shooter taking place during the war before 2077...

Hearing Todd say that he wants the games to come out with a high level of quality is to say hilarious would be an understatement. Every single game they put out is so full of glitches, or I'm sorry features that it's usually years before enough fans fix the games enough that they can be played smoothly

I would wish that Larian remakes Fallout 2 or does something along lines of that type of game. But for 3D Fallout, Fallout 5, i dont think they have enough experience with that types of games. I loved Fallout 2 many years ago and would wish to see it get new modern "Larian coat of paint", like Baldurs Gate franchise has got.

They should pull from Bethesda, inXile and Obsidian and build a Fallout dev team.

Their output for their big properties is insanely, grindingly slow, when it didn't used to feel like that back in the 2000s-2010s,BGS was much faster. Maybe the games were much smaller then?

I am from Poland and i just love fallout. Moving game out of United States of America would be a huge mistake because lore and the atmospheric feeling of nostalgia coming out of there is making fallout unique. I started playing in Fallout Tactics demo version in 2001 summer played it over and over again, there was 2 missions only if I remember right. That was so nice i finaly get the full version borrowed from my friend on 3 CDs + cd with Extras all nicely packed in dvd style case and in bigger carton box with guide inside and map of USA. I didnt have money to buy my own so just borrowed. Played it a lot , finished on hard difficulty lvl. ANd after this I was thinking that would be nice to play with just one character in open world! and then i have seen on the back of box small text that there are older games fallout 1 and 2 with protagonist and open world game style! Graphics were worst but I have started playing fallout 1 on christmass 2001. There was a bundle fallout 1 and 2 very cheap and my parents bought it for me!!I spend a lot of hours on these games and USA postapocalyptic world with that soundtrack was just insanely nostalgic. TUrn based was good for me because i could think carefully every move when fight came and sometimes finished without scratch with crap gear^^. Critical shots and screaming of dying enemies ripped in half with that tiny deadly ppk12 gauss pistol or melted with plasma gun!!! that was amazing feeling as its still today for me ! so I know that was war between china and USA but that was before bombs felt and for me Fallout is owned by USA because without USA is no Fallout^^ I love it and i hope tyhat this game will stay like this for ever because lore is really huge has enough of content for decades!!

Remaster new Vegas and we’ll be fine for a few years make it more mod compatible and up to date would keep a hell of a lot of us happy I feel like

Playing fallout 4 and its magical with the right blend of mods. I think Fallout 5 will be in New York area (my opinion) since it was in the concept work many years ago, I think that will provide a dense urban experience. but dont mind going back to the west coast.

I would say they should give it to Arcane, but a lot of their staff either left or got fired because of Redfall

I mean Canada was annexed as part of the United States. I’m just saying having a game set in post apocalyptic Chicago, Detroit, Buffalo, Cleveland, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Spokane, or Seattle would all be viable options that focus on the USA but give additional information/glimpses into what’s going on in Canada. Heck Seattle is double plus good because you can use it as a jump off point for getting more info on what’s happening in Alaska. Im just saying there is a fair amount of potential there.
