It’s great seeing Steve and Laura finally get together, but it was also really wholesome seeing Carl willingly interact with Steve and engage in convo with him like that. He really accepted him as a part of the family.
@@RockBandPlayer84 I always wanted Steve and Laura together like by the 5th season so it wouldn't have to be a long wait mainly since I don't enjoy waiting and I am not very patient 😂
I just love the way Laura was shown evolving and came to love Steve for who he was and not who she thought she wanted him to be. Laura could have had Stefan but she chose Steve and I couldn't be happier for that.
Well, Steve had to do a lot of growing up and so did Laura. This was the whole point of Myra and Stefan. They were meant to be an ideal significant other for Steve and Laura to be with.
I’ll just love the way Laura was shown evolving and grown to love Steve for who he was and never tried to change him. I feel like she had always loved him but couldn’t admit it to herself. It took her 15 years for her to finally feel comfortable enough to express her love for him. I’m glad in the end he was finally accepted by the Winslows. I wish we could’ve gotten another season to see their wedding and how everything unfolded for them.
I also think Laura always loved Steve but maybe she needed to grow and go through other relationships before realizing it was Steve all along she wanted.Plus maybe Steve also needed to grow and maybe in a way not be so obsessive in wanting Laura to love him and just let it happen naturally.
Laura always loved Steve she just didn't want to admit it to herself. It took 15 years for her to feel comfortable enough to express her love for him.🥰🥰
Kalem Forde your phone is working so you can go get your number for the rest of the week or tomorrow night at your convenience xxxx your convenience can come back to you and your phone 📱 number is 🥰😍💕❤️😘👍✌️🤞😻
I love how this was unintentionally foreshadowed ALL the way back in season 2, The Science Project. After completing their science project, which is a model rocket named "The Laura", Steve says "this baby could make it to the moon and back!" Carl replies with "Well hop on and take off. You could be the first Urkel in space!" And that is exactly what ended up happening.
@@CPT85 Why.. would they make a full episode into a callback based on an old, obscure scene from season 2 that has no significant importance to the overall plot? That makes no sense. That is why I said "unintentional" foreshadowing. Yes, I know this technically isn't a foreshadow, as the writers clearly did not intend for that scene to be the plot of the last episode. It was a nice coincidence.
@@HumorousLOL I wanna say if Myra‘s actor wasn’t suffering from cancer, maybe Steve wouldn’t have ended up with Laura. Then we wouldn’t have this entire arc to begin with for the final season. Let’s face it after all, Myra deserved better in the end.
@@CPT85 Myra wasn't a good fit for Steve. She never outgrew her constant obsession and got to the point of spying on him with hidden cameras. That's beyond unhealthy and Steve let her go way before her final appearance, so it's not her departure from the show that made him end up with Laura. Myra got what she deserved, because she was an over obsessive, manipulative, overbearing snake. Most people refused to see that because they were desperate to see Steve end up with someone pretty. Society literally overlooks terrible women when they are pretty, and Myra is proof of that. Not sure what good qualities you are thinking of that make you think Myra "deserved better". Better than Steve? Steve grew into a decent human being that couldn't offer much but at least treated a woman with respect.
@@HumorousLOL I often thought this guy had a good argument as to why: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-LeHo4_WL2W4.htmlsi=Fgzs-NWD4m0US6vO
With all the crap Laura gave Steve over the years the two of them always protected each other. And Laura always depended on Steve more than her own family. I thought the writers were always building to this. As years went on Laura continued to slowly soften to Steve until she matured to see what she really had in him.
@@csimmons2189 well during season 5 Steve told Laura he would never make a move on her (sexually that is) Laura said oh come on it never enter your mind also season 7 after seeing each other naked Steve said he was glad she didn't point and laugh which point Laura replies there was nothing to laugh about meaning she like what she saw.
@@ladyfire44 Yes but then again, Myra always treated Steve like a baby in a man's body. Yes she did make Steve a better person, Steve himself said it in Season 9 but then again there's no growth in Steve and Myras relationship. Because she wanted to control who he was and what he does at all times.
Well both main characters had to do a lot of growing up, which was the point of Myra and Stefan. They were meant to give Laura and Steve a significant other to be with.
Laura runnin’ right to Steve to be in his arms boy Steve was TOTALLY HAPPY along with Carl welcoming Steve home so nice along with Laura and Steve talkin’ in the garden so nice 😢😢❤❤ Laura loves Steve as much as Steve loves Laura best ending to Family Matters
A Great Family Show back then I remember watching family matters, full house always on Friday night we all sat down as a family to watch theses shows god knows how much I miss my family I’ve loss my mom in 93, my grandmother in 04, my dad in 19 and my husband in 20 it’s hard to believe that my family is all gone past on I’m the last one still alive shows like theses are so important I can remember us all watching them talking about the show afterwards and back in 89 you had no way to stop or rewind show if you miss a part you had to wait until a rerun of the show aired I love how Laura came to love Steve and how they matured over the years on the show I wish we all could see more family based tv shows like family matters more often takes me back to my late teenage years (17/18 years old) up until my late 20’s and trust me I thought I knew it all coming out of HS heck no I didn’t have a clue what lied ahead of me I married young 18 years old and looking back I wouldn’t change who I married if I could’ve I should’ve waited until my husband marine corp duty was up didn’t change my love for him same today I love you always Joe and I know I’ll see you again I still miss you like crazy babe I had 28 years with you they were the best years of my life I wish you were still here Joe I love you always rip until I see you again love Jessie
Steve is the greatest..who in their right mind would regret playing the GREATEST MAN OF ALL TIME....the world would rather have him than someone who thinks they are above being this amazing..
Carl always admired Steve, he was just annoyed to heII with his clumsiness and annoying personality. I mean, let's be honest, anyone would be, as Steve probably did hundreds of thousands of dollars of damage to that house over the years lol He did come to accept all that though.
@@HumorousLOLMost of Carls anger towards Steve come from Steve’s clumsiness than anything else. As long as Steve is not accidentally breaking anything, Carl is cool with Steve.
@Enoch Duah fuck Stefan Steve is being Stefan so she can like Steve Laura is married to Steve remember Laura had Steve to settle down to make him calm and relaxed
Laura chose right, she would have led a middle class life with another guy. But with Steve, for all is cringe, was a Genius. Her future would be A tier functions, wealth, and changing history. It took her so long to see his value and grow to admit it to herself how amazing he was.
They deserve every moment of this after everything that Laura Winslow and Steve urkel went through for over 15 years they have known each other since they were in kindergarten
It makes me sad that we will never get to see the wedding. I know season 10 was cancelled, but they could’ve at least made a movie or a tv special about the wedding.
Back while the show was on and new. I never could have imagined Laura and Steve getting together. Never thought it would happen ever. Especially when Myra came on the show. But Steve was always there for Laura. I mean always. Multiple times he faced his biggest fears to help her. He was always there for her. It didn't matter what she said or did. Steve always cared for her and never let her down ever. He loved her through everything. Including her relationships with guys and his relationships...well relationship with girls. He was the best of humanity written in to a hilarious character. It left us all feeling like she didn't deserve him in the end.
@@thesilvershining That's odd. Kellie Shanygne Williams said in an interview that it was her character Laura first kiss Steve on the lips at the stage in season 3.
The world needs more Steven q urkels no matter how much she pushed him away he always came back to her and it took almost losing him for her to realize she was the lucky one Steve urkel and Dwayne Wayne are living proof that nice guys sometimes finish first and that even if love doesn't come at first as long as you don't give up it will come at last
For years she wouldn't give him the time of day. Now that he has a career with high earning potential, she is hot to trot. Message received, loud and clear!
Did you watch the show? They got engaged before he got the job with NASA. Steve was living with the Winslows and was broke. Stefan was the one with a hot model career and she turned him down for Steve.
Why do people claim Laura only wanted Steve because of his NASA job? Did you even watch the show? Steve was a college student living with the Winslows when Laura fell in love with him. He even says he couldn't get a job in this clip. They were engaged to be married before NASA called him for the job. Steve even says in his proposal she would have a more glamorous life with Stefan since he was a hot model making money. She still picked Steve over Stefan.
They needed a lot more of them as a married couple and having kids was great show just hate how it ended or at least make a family matters movie would be cool
We should have had a laura and Steve spinoff, 1st episode could be a wedding, 3rd episode was laura telling Steve she is pregnant and 5 episode have her growing a belly, 7 episode her going into labor world 8 episode laura having a baby , 2nd season having the baby and it growing up every other episode
We have seen a lot of transformations of Steve Urkel and Laura Winslow over the past few weeks after everything that Laura Winslow and Steve Urkel have been through for over The past 15 years
They need to have an hour long episode that catches us up with the living cast and bring them all back together for Steve and laura's "wedding" because we're going to assume that they eloped and never had one. Or just a renewal ceremony, but we need this.
