The year the bridge opened - my parents had travelled to the east coast by motor home - we live in Alberta- they crossed the bridge to PEI and it was a magnificent trip they said. My top bucket list is to visit PEI soon and also to cross that bridge ♥️♥️♥️

Hi all! Miranda, you'd have major anxiety if you went over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge/Tunnel. Something like 23 miles, it goes above water then all of a sudden all you see in front of you is water too. That's when the 2-4(it changes) road goes under the water. Then above, under, above. First time on it is nerve wracking!
Great little holiday..u guys had fun and the ice cream looks so good..I'm sorry lucia isn't coming for Christmas this year but when june comes it will b worth the wait..young love..Coopers hair looks great really like his length on it ..glad u all had a great little holiday and the memories forever. ❤

Good morning, Miranda! I remember when the Confederation Bridge was built. Some kids from my school at the time walked across it for some reason. Looks like a great trip over here. A one night getaway is such a nice treat. It is rare that I go for Cows,but I do like the Costco ice cream on my rare trips across your way..lol
In regards to the sometimes foods... I've been having some health issues (at 31) so ive been doing my best to cut out salt, high fat foods, processed sugar, and other highly processed things. It's only been about a month, but when I eat a few potato chips or a small chocolate bar here and there, they really REALLY hit different. So much more flavorful and now I take the time to enjoy myself while I'm eating them.
Hi Miranda, Tim Hortons has a Christmas hot chocolate, with candy canes pieces, so yummy. We stay at the same motel, when we travel, we love their breakfast buffet. Have fun my friend, you’re looking amazing. 🇨🇦❤️👍🌟
If I had a nickel for every time I travelled that road to PEI! I miss going very much. Haven’t gone for over 3 years because of my old man (dog). He needs me home because he’s pushing 18 years old. When he doesn’t need me any more, I’ll definitely be heading to the Island. AKA, my happy place! My hubby and I have property there. We were supposed to build a cottage Spring 2020. Everyone knows what went on then, so yeah. No cottage…Honestly probably going to sell it at some point. Build one closer to home here in NS. And my kids called it PPI too 😂
