Unfortunately everything looks very dry and unappetizing except for the bbq offerings 😂. Thanks Shin for taking one for the team since those prices are quite pricy for the quality of the food.

I don’t know how it is possible, but everything looked dry AF. This place is definitely a pass for me, especially if it’s not comped. And the goulash looked like canned dog food.

I live here in Vegas, I am originally from NY and was so looking forward to having a Junior 's here in town, but to see they are not making fresh cheesecakes is just brutally sad. The ones in NYC do not do this. I will still go to try it for myself, but this seems like another miss from Resorts World and they are bleeding cash fast there as the place does not have enough Wow factors for folks willing to go up to the North end of the Strip.

I found Junior's to be pretty meh the few times I've been there . I prefer the Cheesecake Factory for their food & desserts . Great review!

I have always heard that P Diddy loves their cheesecake so I always thought of having one shipped from New York but the look on your face changed my mind. It was classic 😂. Thank you Mr. Shin. Your videos are amazing. I appreciate you reviewing this establishment, but I feel that based on the price and food quality, this should be low-cost diner food. It does not belong in Resorts World, and won't be there in a year. I can make every one of the items for a fraction of the cost, and it would taste better. BTW Costco is selling the whole Juniors cheese cake for $10, and they charged you over $10 for a slice w/tip! 😳I look forward to your next adventure.

Potato pancakes are always served with applesauce which is spread across the pancake like butter and maple syrup. I worked in a country club where I learned that. Sour cream is often a substitute for the applesauce, but I prefer applesauce.

The only food that looked good and remotely worth the price seems to be the BBQ ribs and chicken platter. The 3 appetizers looked decent but still pricey even for the strip

Cheesesteak plate looks like a crime scene

I never knew there was one around. I used to go to one located in Foxwood's in Connecticut when I lived in New England. We would always go for breakfast. They served the biggest pancakes I ever had. Never could finish them. They did taste great though. Do you know if this Junior's serves Breakfast? Thanks!

I loved the cheesecake. Best I have had in years. I always thought real New York cheesecake was supposed to be crumbly and dense like an actual cheese. I never really liked the pudding ones or cream cheese ones. So I really enjoyed Juniors cheesecake. Maybe I am wrong in thinking it but I felt it was authentic.

VWS: I use to always order Junior's Cheesecake (variety pack) from QVC every year. But with age and cost I've stopped. But from memory Junior's was excellent.

It seems like a true New York cheesecake has a firmer, drier consistency than it's creamer counterparts. It just depends on your personal preferences. I like both about the same.

Happy post Thanks giving Shin!!! Hmm that didn’t look anything like the Hungarian goulash that I grew up with. My dad was a first generation American and 100% Hungarian. My grandmother made goulash a lot and that looked nothing like it. Also, my dad used to eat his potato pancakes with salt not applesauce and no batter on it. I made him potato pancakes with onions and shredded raw potatoes and tons of black pepper. He loved them. I must say that the prices there are outrageous. $15.95 for a kid’s meal? $11.95 for the disco fries on a small plate? Juniors cheesecakes are made with heavy cream vs sour cream as one of the ingredients and that might be why it’s not so creamy. Not a fan. Plus, I think you are right, it’s probably frozen and thawed for each customer which is odd considering that is what they are famous for. BBQ at Juniors Cheesecake???? Ha ha, well if it’s good that is all that matters.

Thank you for another good review. I am not surprised that most of the items seemed kind of blah. I grew up in NYC so I have been to the original Juniors. Sad to say that they have been living off of their name for the last 15-20 years. To me, Juniors is very commercialized and overrated these days. The slice of cheesecake you had was probably frozen and flown in from New York.

Just ate there the other day, had a great combo Reuben (pastrami and corned beef) sammy, along with their excellent french fries. I have to say tho I was very disappointed in their cheesecake. Maybe I happened to catch a bad one, but it seemed very dry and bland. Either that or I'm spoiled rotten by the Cheesecake Factory's outstanding selections.

I’ve been to the Juniors locations in Foxwoods in CT, as well as the NYC locations in Grand Central Station and on 45th Street. Always had excellent Burgers; its unfortunate yours was sub par. The cheesecake and layer cakes are excellent.

Juniors has been known since WW years for their cheesecake.

Time to roast the menu. Appetizers, 17.95 for Avocado toast. It is literally half a Avocado with 1 egg and two pieces of bread. For that price it better be Avocado's from Australia. As for the Steak Burgers - for Las Vegas - not bad on the pricing. Now too Sensational Sandwiches - Jumbo Hot Dog 1/2 LB with just Sauerkraut , Relish with Fries (Doesnt even include cheese, that is extra) for 20.95$. For 20.95 that Hot Dog better be 3lb and when your done eating it you need to take a laxative to shit out later. Broiled Cod Filet for 31.95$? It is COD not Salmon. It literally the fish they use in Gordon's Fish Fillets for 4.99$ at your local Freezer. Heck the Salmon Fillet was only like .80$ more at 32.75. YEAH They priced the COD that high for a very cheap (But I do love it) fish. That is what we call a money grab by a restaurant knowing how popular COD is overall but cant blame them but I would never order it. As for the Deserts they all seem ok with price given the area but the Fresh Fruit Cup with Strawberry sauce for 9.25$, well you can keep the strawberry sauce and knock of 5 dollars. As for the food review - Pea Soup did look very good as so the Fries but no fungus. Steakburger looks like it was super dry to eat like you need to drown it in a sauce. Turkey DISH made up for all other failed Sandwiches. In General would I want to visit here? Yeah I can get over some of the pricing and just fixate on the dishes that are worth the price and that Turkey Dish was along with a Cheese Cake. As for the dressing - just leave off the red pepper and the brown olive this isn't the 50s.

I had a patient at resorts world the other day and decided to buy two pieces of their cheesecake and honestly I was not impressed and I was so glad I did not ship one from New York which I was going to do last year and half of that cheesecake is still in the refrigerator 😢

What a joke this place is and remember I told you to go to Junior's. I mean the only saving grace was the appetizers and that soup, forget about that Burger I would have sent that back and complained and had them make me a new one. Those other two sandwiches were as dry as the Gobi desert and the potato salad they couldn't even get that right. Those main course entrees looked good but those mashed potatoes it's like how hard is it to put the potato through a ricer to achieve a smooth consistency after you add heavy cream, plenty of butter, some seasonings and chives. Don't get me started on that cheese cake either. Yuck, I'm right with you concerning that one anyway Shin thanks for taking it for the team someday when I'm in Las Vegas I'll pass by this place and try the food and by the way I stayed at resorts world last year for a week in the Hilton it was great you'd like it we'll catch you on the next video.

Have you had true New York style cheesecake before? It has a different texture compared to other cheesecakes. A heavier, dense texture. It should almost stick to the roof of your mouth.
