That's probably the strongest 20th Century Fanfare I've heard them play in about 10 years. Nice power, beautiful sound, and very good balance. I always judge the 100 each year by the quality of their trumpets and french horns. Trumpets sound strong and clean. Wish the f horns would come out a little bit more, but overall this sounds great. And I salute whoever arranged All The Things!
That killer instinct has finally returned. They intended to MURDER their opponent. I like BAMA but this was the 100 throwing down their flag at the 50 yard line of the SWAC. They are taking no prisoners this year. The rebuild phase is complete. Now it’s time for obsessing over marching technique, highly meticulous drilling, and sound perfection. HALFTIME BELONGS TO THE 100!!!!

Hubba 💯!! The 💯 said they want all the smoke 💨 this year! The sound is full, the drill is clean and entertaining. Most of all, the 💯 looks and sounds confident against other bands! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
They sounded so good! The band has been killing this field performances. I loved the song selections too. “All the things” and “Have Mercy” were perfect. I can’t wait to see us by the Classic! Rattler for life 🐍🐍‼️

@@HelloWorld2B 5th Qtr is an Arrangement Battle, No More No Less...on every song all these "Stand Bands" play is an intro, go into a tuba solo w/ percussion and the band plays again while blowing their eyes & lungs out while booing the other band 🤷🏽♂️ But that's this ignorant culture in the SWAC....FAMU will definitely bring something NEW & FRESH to the SWAC!!!! My band never ceases to amaze me. The cannon formation, I love it!! I remember we played I'm Sprung in 2005 and I'm in love with a Stripper in 2006. Great job on animation drill and concert selection of Joe's Things your man won't do. Love the dance routine. Always work on the basics of the performance. Keep up the wonderful work. Stay safe. Yea , it’s been a real battle rebuilding but hey we getting there…… I think the SWAC will push the program to another level because there are some good programs that bring it consistently

@@chrismclemore6849 March to a spot on the field, normally no more than 15 yards, march in place, draw a pic, then blow a march. Degree of difficulty a 3 at best. Try using the entire field. @@chrismclemore6849 I just kept an eye on one of the members in front of the ladder, and he literally never marched more than 15 yards throughout the show. He was the most bottom member of the "P". Got to be the easiest job on the market for a director. Have a computer design a pic, tell your members their yard line or hash mark to march to. Stop, face the stands and play a march. Way to go Famu. Way to show them how to drill. It takes stamina to march 15 yards to that spot, lift your legs and play.

@@ayojones8669 Yeah, we got your stand band. Try displaying the halftime score on the field? That's a high degree of difficulty. All your members do is march 10 yards to a spot on the field, draw a picture and blow a song to one side of the field. They never march more than 15 yards. Try marching the whole field sometime. Noone from JSU should EVER IN LIFE talk about sound.....we heard jsu upclose and they are an atrocious mess.....trumpets thin and screaming....no phrasing......tubas too loud ....and JSU tried to.copy Famu with that awful crate challenge vs TSU🤣
Transitions were messy as usual. There has to be a better way than just running in any direction to an specified spot. The sound wasn't bad, it was basic, but not bad. Great dance routine. Oh it's a cannon, okay.
