The refs do the best they can not to mess up the flow of the game. Even when a player injuries themselves the player or coach gotta call a timeout or until the play stops. They blew the whistle cause the ball went out of bounds.

There was no possession by the time the refs noticed, so they were waiting for a player to gain control of the ball so they know how to resume play. Otherwise it'll be a 5-10 minute stoppage where they goto the monitor and listen to the players and coaches complain about who's ball it was. The refs did nothing wrong.
For someone who has been an NBA fan for years and never having the privilege to attend a game and to see someone pay money for court-side seats just to delay the game and possibly receive a permanent ban get’s me pissed

That security was FAST, but they were sitting so close and appeared "ready" as if they had a feeling something was gunna happen. Maybe the girl was suspicious because of what she was wearing.
I am guessing she was talking to her friend about it somewhat openly and didn't realize that guy was a security guard. It makes sense to keep security really close to the players. For their safety and to prevent another Malice at the Palace. Clearly a dumb fan that got cheap tickets and wanted to do some dumb shift for fame. Security said "not today" and shut it down with the quickness.

My guess is that they bought out that whole row (as you see nobody was sitting anywhere near them, which is odd for the 2nd row at a playoff game). That probably raised suspicion. The head of arena security then put prime Mike Singletary to keep his (crazy) eyes on them.

The security guard used to court raid himself, him and his friends didn't have much money so they'd collectively save up for one ticket so one of them could go in and court raid, the guard you see in the video was one of these kids and actually got caught, he was soon to be arrested until the head of security at that time let him off saying "he's better off in here than out on the streets" having been let free, the boy would grow up to work in the same court he raided as a guard. Apparently he got word that protesters would be at this game and he managed to remember one of the faces of the protesters, he watched her closely and as soon as she'd move an inch, it was wraps
Before the game the security guard received information that there were protestors and he recognized the woman that ran onto the court as she was a protestor.
THE SECURITY GUARDED KNEW SHE WAS GOING TO RUSH THE COURT. SHE/HE WAS LOOKING AT HER THE WHOLE TIME. SHE/HE WAS JUST WAITING TO MAKE HER MOVE. GOOD AWARENESS.

Yeah I watched in .25 speed and before she was even fully standing, he was getting up with her. Fans are allowed to get out of their seats and use the bathroom. He had to know she was headed to the court.

Looks like she didn't want to brush past the knees of a dozen other fans, wanted to walk along the sideline NEXT TO THE COURT, turned around to confirm the drink order with her friend, was just about to start walking toward the concessions stand, but then was tackled for ........... for what? She clearly quit walking toward the court when she was a foot away from it. She clearly turned around. How often do you walk backwards? Is it illegal at these games to go to the concessions stand?
