@@jtek2259 He's my favorite Transformer in my collection. I'm sitting in my nerditorium taking notes on building a diorama for the mini-bots. Fans Toys knocked it out of the park with this one! Their Beachcomber and Brawn are also fantastic. They're heavier than you'd expect. The paint is beautiful and you can pose them like a Marvel legends figure. I found a picture of a catalog add, from for 80s that I want to copy. With the original bots in alt mode and the Fans Toys in robot mode. I'm also thrilled that they're permanent pieces in my collection. No more place holders until someone makes a better one. I will say that Badcube has the best Huffer, Gears and Swerve. Which are all being reissued. I need a new Pipes, I missed Badcubes and the old Xtransbots doesn't fit in. Xtransbots Cosmo is fantastic though.

@@SuperSperm2010 Thomas is about on par, in my opinion. The reason why I would say he is on par is because Thomas has one of, if not the worst back on any MP.

@@Levi_52_336 and you are entitled to your opinion of course, don't get me wrong, but what sets Thomas apart, for me at least, is that he's a triple changer which looks spot on in all of his modes. Sure, the back in bot mode is far from pretty but since he does what he does it's a compromise I'm more than willing to make.

You are sooo right about Neptune. He’s an OK figure, but when put beside this version, XTB’s shortcomings are magnified. FansToys did it right with 45. Metal joints, paint, etc. all lead to the best version of this guy available. It highlights in XTB, how many corners they truly cut on their BEST figures.

Negative. Because a persons single joint gets a greater range of motion due to being able to collapse squishy parts lol. Plastic has to be engineered to allow it like sh figuarts often does or you need a double joint.

Agreed with Bobby, it's not about the single or double joints. It's about range of motion. If they could get the full range out if a single joint, more power to them

@@MPTR1984 the human knee and elbows are on joint and is like having one pin in the knee and elbow and looks more natural

head is a hinge swivel, not a ball peg. if you take it off to swap heads you can see the hinge swivel. shame it looks like a ball peg, coulda done the neck better imo

overall though i love this figure. imo its fantastic

@@octobotimus he always has a spot in my memories cause me and my brother always left him in the car and we would see who could transformer him faster lol

Not for people who want toon accuracy. There is no way to satisfy both aesthetics. Trust me, for every person that complains of being TOO toon, there are two that thinks they nailed it.

Spindrift is a prime candidate for reprolabels to make a sticker set for him.
