Thx for you work. And one must remember, Yt vids and advices shall ever be listened if we think it might give us *some* help about *some* traits or topics. In the end, everyone's case is unique, everyone is different and thus owns their personnal problems, face different "Exams of life" and the answers of one person given to help many may not be efficient since in truth, we all have "different questions" in those individual exams. Ffw emailed me literally doing just that..attempting to make me feel infirior by not buying his course..i wrote him back saying (in summary) im far from weak with or without you. At the same time though....maybe....just maybe he's treating us the same way he was treated and he wants us to do things on our own.

is sad, so sad that young men look at shit like far from weak and others like him for guidance in life while they profit off their misety, being a great man has always been simple even tough not always easy and ima give you some advice for free no 2000 bucks course needed , learn to be humble, work towards your ambitions and goals and if you got mental problems from past traumas like i had, get past the initial and hardest step wich is realising that you do have some problems and try to fix them, introspection goes a long way, but the most inportant and hardest thing that you must do is being a decent person to others without expecting anything in return, and if anyone shits on you and you keep your kindness towards others, thats real strenght, it aplies to the gym too, dont train so you can beat others(even tough its useless if you dont know how to fight properly) or look good,most of the time the selfish mentality drains you and you evebtually quit, train so you can help and protect the people around you.
