Farinata | Recipe ⬇️
Farinata is an Italian flatbread made from chickpea flour. It's a traditional street food from the Liguria region, usually served as a snack or appetizer. To a bowl, add
-1⅓ cups chickpea flour
-2⅔ cups water
-1 tsp salt
-5 tbsp olive oil
And whisk. Cover and let it stand at room temperature for 2-3 hours (if possible, overnight). Skim as much foam as possible from top of batter. Pour on a baking dish with more olive oil and top with
-onion
-rosemary
Bake in a preheated oven at 250C/480F for around 20 mins and enjoy :)
