Yeah, I just started doing that. I don’t know why I didn’t try that before but yeah it totally makes the eggs fluffy. It’s really nice.

Another great video thanks for posting and your continued emphasis on making protein a must have. I’m 61 and for 40ish years I ate what the so-called “experts” said to eat a low-fat with multigrain diet, which always left me hungry . So maybe four or five years ago I started changing my diet listening to and reading other sources like you and I totally change my diet to making protein and healthy fats one of the major emphasis is on my eating. I’ve been a lifelong runner and into sports so I was never overweight, but my body has gotten more muscular and I’ve lost fat, which is interesting because I was always slim but at the grand old age of 61 I have a sixpack because of the way, I change my eating. I’m still about the same weight but I had to buy a belt and I never wore a belt before because my pants wouldn’t stay up. It bums me out a little bit because I’m sure I never reached my potential during my high school ,college and post college years doing sports because I was probably always under “muscled “!because I wasn’t eating in the way my body needed . The other interesting things about changing your diet to more what you say is I’m not hungry all the time and I actually eat as much as I want because I’m feeding my body the way it wants. I don’t feel the need to eat all the time or over eat and so I’m sure I’m explaining that correctly, bu

oh my gosh! the first breakfast idea...cottage cheese with nut butter, apples, and nuts...were AMAZING! (I forgot to add the cinnamon, so I can't wait to try that!) Thanks so much for this recipe...I mean, who knew? obviously, Autumn 😉

I love scrambled eggs! I add in ham and/or bacon crumbles and about a cup of fresh chopped spinach. Top with pepperjack and salsa like Autumn, yum!

These are great options but I am lactose interolerant and would love to learn of some new breakfast ideas that do not include dairy 😊 Yogurt and cottage cheese were some of my favorites and I've recently had to cut them out of my diet, so I am scrambling to find ways to get enough protein in my day.

Fage yogurt now has a lactose free version and Good cottage cheese also has the same. Try those and see.

My don is lactose intolerant and I was able to purchase lactose free sour cream, and other hard cheeses and dairy products at whole foods

These look amazing! Curious, how much do you tend to spend on groceries per week? I buy what I can to be healthier but man, I can’t afford to get most of the stuff people seem to enjoy that is healthy, buying meat is crazy and any decent protein powder is high too! 😬 Thanks for all the tips!

I started using the skyr yogurt and you can’t tell the difference in taste. I add protiein powder and flax and unsweetened coconut., then top with thrive market grain free granola. Very satisfying.

I have high cholesterol & full fat dairy products supposedly can cause this? Same with red meat, which I dont eat much red meat anyway. That being said, would reducing fat in yogurt & cottage cheese still be satisfying? Or maybe I need to add other healthy fats to nonfat greek yogurt & cottage cheese 🤷‍♀️.

I buy Truvani brand. I don’t eat them too often but they are very clean if you’re looking for that. They taste pretty good too and have a lot of different flavors.

I just looked up your whey....it has natural flavored vinilla & natural flavors. Which are bad questionable ingredients I look for in the ingredient list to AVOID. Then it says it has NO artificial ingredients. So this is confusing. What are YOUR "Natural flavors"???

I'm literally eating one of those small cups of Good Culture Cottage Cheese. The nutrition label says one container (5.3 oz) has 19g protein. So you're saying the label is straight up lying?! How?! P.s. I mix Cottage cheese into my scrambled eggs while cooking them. So good.

I think she was just talking off the top of her head and couldn’t remember exactly. Besides, the fact that you’re probably eating a low, milk fat percentage of cottage cheese, which she doesn’t ever choose so you are getting more protein, but less fat. Her point is that the small cups don’t give you 30 grams of protein and so buying them in the larger container and measuring out is the better way to make sure you’re getting your 30 g.

That is one brand. She was saying for 30 grams of protein you need more than that cup. I got a small cup of cottage cheese and it had 12 grams protein. So it also depends on brand and size of small cup.

She said one "serving" has 10 grams, so probably the serving is two of those. She said she added cheese to make up the extra grams of protein. Hope that makes more sense.

I agree with savory yogurt, think of like a plain chunky yogurt. I love cottage cheese because it doesn’t have any sugars that most yogurts do, still has good cultures for your gut AND you can mix sooo much with it. I add ranch packets to mine and use it as a veggie dip instead of sour cream based dips. I love it honestly. No harm in buying a small amount. I also love eating it with just salt and pepper ❤️

I purchased your protein powder and even though it tastes okay, I’m disappointed in how difficult it was to reseal the bag. It sounds petty, but packaging matters to your customers. Don’t skimp just to save a few pennies. I won’t be repurchasing.

You can slow down the speed of the video so that it plays at 0.75X speed (at the top right hand corner of the video -under the gear icon- you can press playback speed from normal to 0.75X). I’m a bit slower to hear/process information so I use that for some videos when people are talking too fast for me!
